De fet, Mallorca \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica illa de les Balears i Piti\u00fcses que pot presumir d&#8217;aquest guard\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i els rumors que Santi Taura seria guardonat enguany, el lloset\u00ed no ha entrat en el ranking; fet que no desmereix per res la seva cuina.<\/p>\n<p>Els restaurants de Mallorca amb estrella Michelin s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amb 2 estrelles Michelin:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Restaurant\u00a0<strong>Zaranda\u00a0<\/strong>d\u2019es Capdell\u00e0 (Calvi\u00e0), amb dues estrelles. Cuiner: Joseph Sauerschell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A la gala, celebrada el dimecres 22 de novembre de 2017, a Tenerife, s&#8217;ha pogut constatar com Catalunya es consolida com a capital gastron\u00f2mica ja que compta amb un nou restaurant amb 3 estrelles Michelin, concretament ABaC, del cuiner Jordi Cruz a Barcelona. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;hi estrenen a Barcelona amb dues estrelles els restaurants Disfrutar del cuiner Oriol Castro, i Dos Cielos, propietat dels xefs i germans bessons Javier i Sergio Torres, i amb una estrella els restaurants Castell Perelada del cuiner Xavier Sagrist\u00e0 (a Perellada),\u00a0Caelis de Romain Fornell (a Barcelona) i Enigma, d&#8217;Albert Adri\u00e0 (a Barcelona).
