La iniciativa, organitzada per Restauraci\u00f3n (Associaci\u00f3 de Bars, Cafeteriess i Restaurants).\u00a0l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Barmans de Balears i\u00a0 l&#8217;AgenciaCom. torna a incloure la ruta de c\u00f2ctels, que va incorporar a l&#8217;edici\u00f3 anterior.<\/p>\n<p>La nova edici\u00f3 de Tapalma arriba una mica m\u00e9s tard del que \u00e9s habitual. La idea dels organitzadors \u00e9s convertir la cita en un atractiu tur\u00edstic i, alhora, contribuir a allargar la temporada.
