Ho ha fet a la XIII edici\u00f3 del Concurs de Pintxos i Tapes que se celebra anualment a Valladolid, on ha presentat la tapa Ensa\u00efmada de Cranc de Riu. Amb aquesta elaboraci\u00f3, Rodr\u00edguez ret un homenatge a la rebosteria mallorquina i la combina amb un aliment gens habitual de la cuina illenca com \u00e9s el cranc de riu. El resultat ha estat valorat pel jurat que n&#8217;ha destacat l&#8217;equilibri entre l&#8217;est\u00e8tica, la temporalitat, el cost i la t\u00e8cnica, per la qual cosa li han concedit els 6.000 euros que corresponen al primer premi.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e9s la primera vegada que Igor Rodr\u00edguez participa en aquest campionat. De fet, els anys 2011, 2015 i 2016 en va quedar finalista, i el 2013, subcampi\u00f3. Aquest guard\u00f3 se suma als aconseguits a<br \/>\nCant\u00e0bria com a Millor Tapa Marinera d&#8217;Espanya del 2016 i a les 6 guardons com a millor tapa de Tapalma.<\/p>\n<p>Igor Rodr\u00edguez \u00e9s actualment el cuiner del restaurant Ham del Port de S\u00f3ller.\u00a0 Format a l&#8217;Escola de Cuina de Sant Sebasti\u00e0 (Pa\u00eds Basc), es va donar a con\u00e8ixer amb el seu projecte personal Ummo, un restaurant de tapes de Santa Catalina. Despr\u00e9s va passar a encarregar-se de la<br \/>\ncuina del restaurant Bite del Portitxol de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, el cuiner noruerec Oyvindb Boe Dalev ha estat el guanyador del Campionat Mundial de Tapes, que se celebra per primera vegada.
