Aquesta \u00e9s la conclusi\u00f3 del darrer cap\u00edtol de l\u2019estudi de consumidors elaborat per l&#8217;Institut de Qualitat Agroaliment\u00e0ria que serveix per analitzar els factors que influeixen en la decisi\u00f3 de compra d&#8217;aliments de les persones residents a l\u2019illa de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>De les conclusions s\u2019extreu que el factor m\u00e9s valorat pels consumidors \u00e9s la frescor del producte, amb un 2,712; la majoria que fa aquesta valoraci\u00f3 s\u00f3n dones de la part forana que viuen en fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>El preu, que obt\u00e9 una puntuaci\u00f3 del 2,592, preocupa a les dones de 46 anys o m\u00e9s, de la part forana, que viuen en fam\u00edlia. La relaci\u00f3 qualitat-preu obt\u00e9 un 2,574, i la qualitat, un 2,57. Els consumidors que valoren aquest darrer factor com a molt important s\u00f3n persones de menys de 46 anys, nascudes a les Illes Balears, residents a Palma i que compren a l\u2019hipermercat. En canvi, el factor oferta el valoren m\u00e9s les dones no nascudes a les Illes Balears que viuen en fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>En qualsevol cas, tots els factors estudiats, excepte altres i el producte ecol\u00f2gic, obtenen puntuacions de m\u00e9s de 2 punts, la qual cosa significa que s\u00f3n importants per als compradors.<\/p>\n<p>El costum de consumir un producte el valoren molt positivament les persones de 46 anys o m\u00e9s, nascudes a les Illes Balears, que viuen en fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019origen dels productes el reconeixen les persones de 46 anys o m\u00e9s, nascudes a les Illes Balears, que resideixen a Palma, en parella, i que tenen el costum de comprar al mercat. Pel que fa al producte ecol\u00f2gic, el valoren les persones de m\u00e9s de 46 anys que viuen soles, nascudes a les Illes Balears, residents a Palma i que compren al mercat.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, el perfil dels consumidors que valoren la marca com a molt important s\u00f3n les persones de 46 anys o m\u00e9s, nascudes a les Illes Balears, residents a Palma, que viuen en fam\u00edlia i compren a l\u2019hipermercat. La dada curiosa \u00e9s que les dones no nascudes a les Illes Balears valoren el factor presentaci\u00f3 com a molt important, amb una puntuaci\u00f3 de 2,256.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metodologia de l&#8217;estudi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu principal d\u2019aquest estudi \u00e9s con\u00e8ixer els factors de decisi\u00f3 de compra m\u00e9s valorats pels consumidors i el perfil dels consumidors amb relaci\u00f3 als aliments que compren.
