El xef\u00a0<strong>converteix hortalisses avorrides, tubercles i verdures en aliments divertits<\/strong>, presentats d&#8217;una manera original, de manera que s\u00f3n els aut\u00e8ntics protagonistes d&#8217;un bon \u00e0pat.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, a la carta del seu restaurant\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elinvernadero-rdelacalle.com\/\"><strong>El Invernadero<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(que es troba a l&#8217;Hotel La Torre Box Art a Collado Mediano a la serralada madrilenya),\u00a0la carn pr\u00e0cticament no hi \u00e9s present. El motiu \u00e9s que aposta per verdures, fruites, hortalisses i fongs frescos per confeccionar el seus men\u00fa (titulat Vegetalia).<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta filosofia i bona m\u00e0 com a cuiner, que anomena\u00a0<strong>\u00a0revoluci\u00f3 verda<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>gastrobot\u00e0nica<\/strong>, la<\/p>\n<p>va comen\u00e7ar a abanderar a partir de l&#8217;any 2000, i li han fet guanyar diferents guardons, com l&#8217;<strong>estrella Michel\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0i el segon\u00a0<strong>Sol de la guia Repsol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Rodrigo de la Calle va arribar a l&#8217;illa acompanyat per la seva m\u00e0 dreta, el cuiner\u00a0<strong>Aitor Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>. De fet, el cuiner ja col\u00b7labora amb l&#8217;<strong>hotel 5 estrelles de Llucmajo<\/strong>r amb l&#8217;assessorament del restaurant. Ara b\u00e9, tant el director de l&#8217;hotel,\u00a0<strong>Nicol\u00e1s Ostrovsky<\/strong>, com el mateix Rodrigo de la Calle es mostraren disposats anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 en un futur no molt llunya. De fet, aquesta primera passa \u00e9s que properament els hostes i clients del Hilton sa Torre Mallorca podran gaudir de la seva cuina amb un men\u00fa exclusiu.<\/p>\n<p>Si aquesta col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 augment\u00e0s, podria significar el retorn de l&#8217;hotel Hilton Mallorca a l&#8217;alta gastronomia illenca, una fita que va assolir l&#8217;any 2008 quan el cuiner Fernando P.
