Est\u00e0 pensat especialment per a persones amb intoler\u00e0ncia al gluten, a l&#8217;ou i a la lactosa. L&#8217;autora n&#8217;\u00e9s Montse Deza, \u00a0administrativa comercial i directora d&#8217;oci infantil, que viu de ben a prop la celiaquia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com neix la idea de fer aquest llibre?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00e9, tot comen\u00e7a l&#8217;any 2010, quan diagnostiquen com a cel\u00edacs el meu pare i la meva germana. A ca nostra som 4 persones i v\u00e0rem optar per adaptar les receptes que normalment feiem a casa a tots. D&#8217;aqu\u00ed varen sortir dos llibres previs a aquest:\u00a0<em>Cuina sense gluten<\/em>\u00a0i\u00a0<em>Rebosteria sense gluten<\/em>. La idea \u00e9s abastar altres intoler\u00e0ncies com la de l&#8217;ou i la de la lactosa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quines novetats aporta Tothom a la cuina?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s un llibre pensat per a infants i fam\u00edlies. Ha estat il\u00b7lustrat per Judit Canela i aporta una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s transversal de les problem\u00e0tiques que han de viure dia a dia les persones intolerants a la lactosa. Hi trobareu 100 receptes, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 consells culinaris, recomanacions per a menjadors escolars, on \u00e9s molt dif\u00edcil controlar la contaminaci\u00f3 creuada a la cuina, entre aliments amb gluten i sense gluten. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, hi ha\u00a0entrevistes a algunes de les associacions de refer\u00e8ncia sobre intoler\u00e0ncies i una taula de planificaci\u00f3 de men\u00fas per penjar a la nevera, de regal.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>La celiaquia no \u00e9s una moda, \u00e9s una malaltia<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Ara tothom parla de gluten i celiaquia pareix que est\u00e0 de moda&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crec que aquestes persones que segueixen una dieta sense gluten perqu\u00e8 s\u00ed tenen una actitud molt fr\u00edvola perqu\u00e8 es tracta d&#8217;una malaltia, que implica anar molt alerta als restaurants i difisultats, tenir el menjar m\u00e9s car.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cada vegada hi ha m\u00e9s casos d&#8217;intoler\u00e0ncies.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, abans la celiaquia no es diagnosticava. De fet, a mon pare sempre li queia malament el menjar. Pensava que era una cosa habitual en ell, fins que els metges varen descobrir que era intolerant al gluten. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha gent que parla de la influ\u00e8ncia de blats transg\u00e8nics o de la influ\u00e8ncia del canvi clim\u00e0tic en els aliments, per\u00f2 encara no hi ha res segur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ser cel\u00edac surt car&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja ho crec. Els productes s\u00f3n m\u00e9s cars. \u00c9s cert que costa m\u00e9s d&#8217;elaborar-los i n&#8217;hi ha que tenen l&#8217;IVA m\u00e9s car&#8230;.
