{"id":69525,"date":"2017-05-15T10:14:47","date_gmt":"2017-05-15T08:14:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/antoni-galmes-riera-campio-del-concurs-maestros-del-espresso-junior"},"modified":"2022-04-09T10:38:01","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T08:38:01","slug":"antoni-galmes-riera-campio-del-concurs-maestros-del-espresso-junior","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/antoni-galmes-riera-campio-del-concurs-maestros-del-espresso-junior","title":{"rendered":"Antoni Galm\u00e9s Riera, campi\u00f3 del concurs Maestros del Espresso J\u00fanior"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em>L&#8217;alumne de l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra va sorprendre el jurat per aconseguir el punt \u00f2ptim entre cos, sabor i aroma per a la base d\u2019espresso<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Antoni Galm\u00e9s Riera, alumne del primer curs del grau superior de Direcci\u00f3 en Serveis de Restauraci\u00f3 de l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra, es va proclamar campi\u00f3 del concurs barista Maestros del Espresso J\u00fanior organitzat i impulsat per les empreses Illy Caff\u00e8 i La Spaziale.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de superar dues semifinals molt exigents, Antoni Galm\u00e9s va ser capa\u00e7 de, en un temps de 10 minuts, ajustar tots els par\u00e0metres necessaris de la maquin\u00e0ria per fer una extracci\u00f3 perfecta de dos caf\u00e8s espresso i dos capuccinos. La tasca dels 26 alumnes finalistes va ser examinada per un jurat de vuit experts cafeters comandats per Massimo Saggese, director general de Illy Caff\u00e8 a Espanya i Portugal i Sergio Margaria, president de La Spaziale S.A.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el desenvolupament del concurs, que es va dur a terme a l\u2019hotel Le Meridien situat a les Rambles de Barcelona, l\u2019alumne de l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra va sorprendre el jurat perqu\u00e8 va aconseguir el punt \u00f2ptim entre cos, sabor i aroma per a la base d\u2019espresso, i la textura i temperatura \u00f2ptimes per l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels dos capuccinos.<\/p>\n<p>Amb el t\u00edtol de Maestro del Espresso Antoni Galm\u00e9s guanya una beca de 2.000 \u20ac, un curs d\u2019expert del caf\u00e8 a la Universit\u00e0 del Caff\u00e8 di Trieste a It\u00e0lia, una beca de pr\u00e0ctiques remunerada al prestigi\u00f3s hotel de luxe Le Meridien de Barcelona, una m\u00e0quina professional La Spaziale i 60 Kg de caf\u00e8 Illy per a l\u2019escola, tot valorat en m\u00e9s de 6.000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquesta triomf, l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra continua posicionant-se com una de les escoles d\u2019hoteleria m\u00e9s premiades de l\u2019Estat espanyol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;alumne de l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra va sorprendre el jurat per aconseguir el punt \u00f2ptim entre cos,&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":39926,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1003],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-69525","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
