Segons expliquen Chelo i Sebasti\u00e0, creadors d&#8217;aquesta cervesera artesana de Mallorca, amb aquesta nova maquin\u00e0ria poden arribar a produir 4.500 litres setmanals.<\/p>\n<p>La f\u00e0brica de Cas Cerveser es troba a Puigpunyent, tot i que els inicis tengueren lloc a Galilea, per aix\u00f2 que la seva primera cervesa artesana es digui aix\u00ed. De fet, a Galilea estan duent a terme un projecte per crear la primera granja cervesera. Actualment hi cultiven el ll\u00fapol i tamb\u00e9 les carabasses amb les qual elaboren la cervesa de Nadal, batiada com a Satan Klaus.<\/p>\n<p>Cas Cerveser fou una de les primeres empreses dedicades a fer cervesa artesana a Mallorca.
