{"id":69655,"date":"2017-03-16T08:56:03","date_gmt":"2017-03-16T07:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/naranjas-y-pomelos-para-limpiar-aguas-contaminadas"},"modified":"2017-03-16T08:56:03","modified_gmt":"2017-03-16T07:56:03","slug":"naranjas-y-pomelos-para-limpiar-aguas-contaminadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/naranjas-y-pomelos-para-limpiar-aguas-contaminadas","title":{"rendered":"Taronges i aranges per fer net aig\u00fces contaminades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Les peles de taronja suposen un problema per a la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria, ja que s\u00f3n residus que ocupen un gran volum i no tenen gaire utilitat<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Investigadors de la Universitat de Granada (UGR), del Centre d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3 i Desenvolupament Tecnol\u00f2gic en electroqu\u00edmica (CIDETEQ), i el Centre d&#8217;Enginyeria i Desenvolupament Industrial (CIDESI), tots dos de M\u00e8xic, han desenvolupat un m\u00e8tode que permet netejar aig\u00fces que contenen metalls pesants i compostos org\u00e0nics que s\u00f3n considerats contaminants, a partir d&#8217;un nou material adsorbent fabricat amb peles de fruites com la taronja i l&#8217;aranja.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests residus suposen un problema per a la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria, ja que s\u00f3n restes que ocupen un gran volum i no tenen grans utilitats en l&#8217;actualitat. Es calcula que al m\u00f3n es produeixen 38.200.000 de tones a l&#8217;any d&#8217;aquestes closques, procedents de la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es modifica l&#8217;estructura de les pells de la taronja<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Pells-de-taronja-per-fer-net-les-aigues-contaminades.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-19060\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Pells-de-taronja-per-fer-net-les-aigues-contaminades-300x259.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"259\" \/><\/a>L&#8217;estudi ha servit per dissenyar un nou proc\u00e9s en el qual, gr\u00e0cies a un tractament de descompressi\u00f3 instant\u00e0nia controlada, \u00e9s possible modificar l&#8217;estructura d&#8217;aquests residus, atorgant-los propietats adsorbents com major porositat i major \u00e0rea superficial.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;investigador Luis Alberto Romero Cano, del Grup de Recerca en Materials de Carb\u00f3 de la Facultat de Ci\u00e8ncies de la UGR, explica que, mitjan\u00e7ant un tractament qu\u00edmic posterior, \u00abhem aconseguit afegir grups funcionals al material, i tornar-selectiu per remoure contaminants org\u00e0nics i metalls presents a l&#8217;aigua \u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Un estudi posterior dut a terme pels autors d&#8217;aquest treball ha demostrat que \u00e9s possible empacar aquests nous materials en columnes de llit fix, de manera similar a un filtre pel qual es fa passar l&#8217;aigua contaminada en un proc\u00e9s amb un flux continu, com tamb\u00e9 es fan els tractaments d&#8217;aig\u00fces residuals.
