{"id":69669,"date":"2017-03-10T01:28:09","date_gmt":"2017-03-10T00:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/bert-krassimirov-segon-classificat-del-concurs-nacional-de-cocteleria-excellence-project"},"modified":"2017-03-10T01:28:09","modified_gmt":"2017-03-10T00:28:09","slug":"bert-krassimirov-segon-classificat-del-concurs-nacional-de-cocteleria-excellence-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/bert-krassimirov-segon-classificat-del-concurs-nacional-de-cocteleria-excellence-project","title":{"rendered":"Bert Krassimirov segon classificat del concurs nacional de cocteleria The Excellence Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bert Krassimirov Slavov, alumne del primer curs de Direcci\u00f3 en Serveis de Restauraci\u00f3 de l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra, va aconseguir el subcampionat de la primera edici\u00f3 de la competici\u00f3 despr\u00e9s de classificar-se entre les millors setze propostes de l\u2019Estat Espanyol.<\/p>\n<p>El passat mes de novembre Maxxium Espanya, empresa organitzadora d\u2019aquest prestigi\u00f3s concurs, va seleccionar les 30 millors escoles d\u2019hoteleria d\u2019Espanya per proposar la participaci\u00f3 en la competici\u00f3. Cada escola enviava diferents propostes de cocteleria dels seus alumnes i un jurat especialitzat havia d\u2019escollir les 16 millors per configurar la gran final.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f2ctel amb base de whisky<\/strong><br \/>\nBert Krassimirov va aconseguir classificar a l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra per a la final amb un c\u00f2ctel amb base de whisky Macallan Amber, vermut vermell, xarop chai amb un toc de vainilla, mel amb whisky macerada amb gingebre i bitter.<\/p>\n<p>La final va tenir lloc al Palacio Neptuno de Madrid. Els concursants participaven en parelles amb bartenders professionals. Un prestigi\u00f3s jurat format per figures de la talla de Erik Lorincz (guanyador del World Class 2010 i millor bartender internacional 2010 per Tales of the Cocktail) decidien els tres millors joves bartenders que es classificaven per a una final on l\u2019alumne de l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra va quedar segon classificat.<\/p>\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Hoteleria de l\u2019IES Jun\u00edper Serra continua aix\u00ed amb la seva aposta de competir en els concursos a nivell nacional i posicionar-se com una de les escoles d\u2019hoteleria de refer\u00e8ncia de l\u2019estat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maxxium Espanya va seleccionar les 30 millors escoles d\u2019hoteleria d\u2019Espanya<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":39724,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1003],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-69669","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
