Concretament, l&#8217;obra \u00e9s guardonada amb el <strong>Premi Miquel dels Sants Oliver<\/strong>.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;entitat c\u00edvica convoca anualment aquests reconeixements, que enguany arriben a la 30a edici\u00f3, amb la finalitat de recon\u00e8ixer, d&#8217;estimular i de fer sorgir tot tipus d&#8217;actuacions, de comportaments i d&#8217;activitats encaminats a afavorir l&#8217;\u00fas normal de la llengua catalana en tots els \u00e0mbits de la vida social i p\u00fablica, a promoure la cultura i a desvetllar i estendre la consci\u00e8ncia nacional pr\u00f2pia de les Illes Balears,<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;Obra Cultural Balear ha premiat l&#8217;obra de Tomeu Arbona \u00ab<\/strong>Pel rigor investigatiu i per l&#8217;acurada presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest receptari, fruit de molts anys d&#8217;estudi i de recopilaci\u00f3 de receptes familiars, que reivindica una manera de fer i de ser fonamentada en l&#8217;autenticitat i en les arrels. D&#8217;aquesta manera, la rebosteria es presenta i es converteix en mem\u00f2ria i, a la vegada, en educaci\u00f3 del paladar, proc\u00e9s en el qual el producte de proximitat, i millor encara si \u00e9s ecol\u00f2gic, adquireix una import\u00e0ncia transcendental. Aix\u00ed, com diu el seu autor, Bartomeu Arbona, que es considera un arque\u00f2leg de la gastronomia, cada recepta de rebosteria pot considerar-se un \u00e9sser viu que t\u00e9 el valor de fer felices distintes generacions\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomeu Arbona rebr\u00e0 el guard\u00f3 el proper divendres 29 de desembre en la gala Nit de la Cultura<\/strong>, que se celebrar\u00e0 al Teatre Principal de Palma, a les 20.30 hores. La gala comptar\u00e0 amb animaci\u00f3 musical i art\u00edstica.
