Aquest dimecres 14 de desembre ha arribat a Mallorca la revoluci\u00f3 en el m\u00f3n de les maquines de caf\u00e8. Es tracta de la cafetera Opera de San Remo que ARABAY Coffee posa a disposici\u00f3 de bars i cafeteries. Tothom que estigui interessat, pot con\u00e8ixer com funciona al showroom de la torradora de caf\u00e8 de Lloret de Vistalegre.<\/p>\n

Aquesta revolucionaria m\u00e0quina de caf\u00e8 significa un canvi de paradigma dins els caf\u00e8s espresso. Parlem d\u2019extraccions de caf\u00e8 amb preinfusi\u00f3, extracci\u00f3 i postinfusi\u00f3. Modificacions del flux d\u2019aigua durant l’extracci\u00f3, multiboiler i 5 temperatures per grup, programaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de tablet, etc .<\/p>\n

Toni Vallcaneras, director-gerent d’ARABAYCoffee, explica que \u00e9s un llibre obert per tal que els baristes ofereixin el millor del caf\u00e8.<\/p>\n

Durant el dijous 15 i divendres 16 de desembre, durant tot el dia, es podran concertar visites amb els t\u00e8cnics de San Remo que han vengut expressament a Mallorca per fer la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i explicar-ne el funcionament.
