{"id":70089,"date":"2016-08-17T01:23:01","date_gmt":"2016-08-16T23:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/els-mallorquins-mengen-pamboli-com-a-minim-una-vegada-a-la-setmana"},"modified":"2016-08-17T01:23:01","modified_gmt":"2016-08-16T23:23:01","slug":"els-mallorquins-mengen-pamboli-com-a-minim-una-vegada-a-la-setmana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/els-mallorquins-mengen-pamboli-com-a-minim-una-vegada-a-la-setmana","title":{"rendered":"Els mallorquins mengen pamboli com a m\u00ednim una vegada a la setmana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Institut de Qualitat Alimentaria (IQUA) ha elaborat un estudi en qu\u00e8 conclou que els mallorquins mengen pamboli com a m\u00ednim una vegada a la setmana.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats obtinguts indiquen que un <strong>76,0%<\/strong> dels mallorquins inclouen a la seva dieta setmanal el pamboli, i el <strong>59,6%<\/strong> dels mallorquins d\u2019adopci\u00f3 enquestats, afirmen que tamb\u00e9 mengen <em>pa amb oli<\/em> de forma setmanal. L&#8217;estudi s&#8217;ha desenvolupat amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de El Corte Ingl\u00e9s i la DO Oli de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi queda reflectit que el 92, 4% dels residents consumeixen pamboli i que el 95,4% el preparen.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que l&#8217;estudi no especifica les dates en qu\u00e8 es va fer, esmenta que s&#8217;enquestaren un total de 397 persones residents a Mallorca, dels que un 65,6% eren nascut a les Illes Balears i un 34,4% ho han fet fora la comunitat aut\u00f2noma balear.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/frequencia-menjar-pamboli.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17928\" title=\"frequencia menjar pamboli\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/frequencia-menjar-pamboli.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"619\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/frequencia-menjar-pamboli.jpg 619w, https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/frequencia-menjar-pamboli-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/frequencia-menjar-pamboli-93x50.jpg 93w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 619px) 100vw, 619px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Primer, la tom\u00e0tiga o l\u2019oli?<\/strong><br \/>\nTot i ser un plat senzill de fer, aix\u00f2 no implica que hi hagi diferentes maneres de fer-lo. La majoria de consumidors (<strong>61,4%<\/strong>), comencen posant la tom\u00e0tiga damunt el pa i despr\u00e9s hi afegeixen l\u2019oli i en darrer lloc la sal; en canvi, un <strong>9,7%<\/strong> dels enquestats prefereix posar l\u2019oli sobre el pa primer, despr\u00e9s la tom\u00e0tiga i en darrer lloc la sal.<\/p>\n<p><a
