D&#8217;aquesta manera, Miquel\u00a0<em>Calent<\/em>\u00a0ha donat un toc innovador a la cuina mediterr\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<p>El show cooking ha tengut lloc el dimecres, 27 d&#8217;abril, a les 19 hores, amb una demostraci\u00f3 de cuina en directe amb les receptes seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Llagostins marinats en escabetx suau de kombu, pa cruixent de kombu, confitura de bledes i kombu, gelatina teba de kombu i aire de kombu amb safarn\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Porcelleta negra en adob de kombu, patates al carb\u00f3 de kombu, oli de t\u00f2fona i kombu, emulsi\u00f3 de kombi i en la seva ess\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Bescuit d&#8217;ametlla i kombu, crema de kombu i vainilla, gelat de kombu, galleta de kombu caramelitzat i xarop de kombu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix,\u00a0Miquel\u00a0<em>Calent<\/em>\u00a0ha preparat diferents elaboracions per degustar a l&#8217;estand de Divingmar.
