Parlam amb ella dels 50 anys de l&#8217;IES Jun\u00edper Serra.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s avui l&#8217;IES\u00a0Jun\u00edper\u00a0Serra?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Un institut modern i innovador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins estudis relacionats amb la cuina i la restauraci\u00f3 oferiu?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Els cicles de grau mitj\u00e0 de Cuina i Gastronomia; i el de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3. Dels cicles de grau superior tenim el de Direcci\u00f3 en Cuina i Direcci\u00f3 de Serveis en Restauraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins alumnes il\u00b7lustres han passat\u00a0per\u00a0l&#8217;ES\u00a0Jun\u00edper\u00a0Serra?<\/strong><br \/>\nSanti Taura, Tomeu Caldentey, Jos\u00e9 Lorenzo, Oscar Mart\u00ednez, \u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>D&#8217;entre les promeses m\u00e9s joves est\u00e0 despuntant Santiago Herrera&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nSi, va concursar a l\u2019edici\u00f3 de Le Cordon Bleu de 2015, l&#8217;escola d&#8217;alta cuina francesa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hi ha m\u00e9s talents?<\/strong><br \/>\nSi, \u00e9s clar. S\u00f3n molts els alumnes excel\u00b7lents i creatius que estudien al centre. Enguany tenim a Toni Oliver en el concurs Le Cordon Bleu i a Santi Martorell, guanyador del premi del concurs de la DO Oli d\u2019Oliva de Mallorca<\/p>\n<p><strong>En tot aquest temps us deu haver passat alguna an\u00e8cdota divertida&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nSense dir noms. Una vegada assist\u00edrem a una competici\u00f3 com a concursants i en arribar al lloc on s\u2019havia de fer el concurs ens trob\u00e0rem que no hi havia res muntat. Els professors del nostre centre varen donar ordre als alumnes d&#8217;agrenar, desar i enviaren a alg\u00fa a cercar els utillatges necessaris perqu\u00e8 tots els participants poguessin competir. Guany\u00e0rem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins actes heu preparat\u00a0per\u00a0celebrar aquest mig segle d&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia?<\/strong><br \/>\nTota una setmana de confer\u00e8ncies i activitats a les quals hem convidat a professionals com Juan Romero, antic col\u00b7laborador del centre i propietari del restaurant Xoriguer; Antoni Pinya antic alumne i professor qui parl\u00e0 de la cuina caixer (jueva); Pilar Pere\u00f1a una de les primeres professores de l\u2019antiga escola que va impartir una confer\u00e8ncia sobre decoraci\u00f3 de taules; Tiu Herrero, antiga alumna i professora que ha impartit un taller de cuina vegetariana, vegana i macrobi\u00f3tica, entre molts altres actes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quin \u00e9s el consell que m\u00e9s repetiu\u00a0per\u00a0als futurs professionals de cuina i restauraci\u00f3?<\/strong><br \/>\nReben m\u00e9s consells dels seus professors de cuina i de serveis,\u00a0per\u00f2 el que m\u00e9s que han de saber treballar en equip, esfor\u00e7ar-se i ser disciplinats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un desig\u00a0per\u00a0a l&#8217;IES\u00a0Jun\u00edper\u00a0Serra?<\/strong><br \/>\nQue continui comptant,\u00a0per\u00a0molts d\u2019anys,\u00a0amb un professorat
