Ara, 402 anys m\u00e9s tard, Boscana ha creat la primera cervesa feta amb pebres frescs mallorquins. Aquest producte neix gr\u00e0cies al suport incondicional de Juan Velasco, gerent de <strong>Especias Cresp\u00ed<\/strong>, juntament amb la inestimable ajuda de la <strong>cerveseria Bidassoa<\/strong> a Ir\u00fan (Pa\u00eds Basc).<\/p>\n<p>A partir d&#8217;aquestes <strong>festes de Nadal<\/strong> es pot trobar la nova cervesa d&#8217;<strong>edici\u00f3 limitada a les cerveseries m\u00e9s conegudes de Palma<\/strong>, entre elles: Caf\u00e9 a tres bandas, At\u00f3mic Garden, Guirigall o La Forja Vikinga.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, <strong>B<\/strong>oscana Cervesa Evolutiva est\u00e0 en fase de creaci\u00f3 i expansi\u00f3; el seu objectiu \u00e9s arribar al m\u00e0xim p\u00fablic amb diferents estils d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 per tal que els seus clients puguin escollir entre diverses alternatives. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, totes marcades per un estil totalment propi i disseny de l&#8217;etiqueta de m\u00e0 d&#8217;en Jeroni Mira. Aquesta jove empresa cervesera elabora un producte totalment artes\u00e0 amb m\u00e8todes tradicionals i utilitzant els millors productes: malts de primera qualitat, aigua, ll\u00fapol i llevat.<\/p>\n<p>Llu\u00eds Seda comenta que la idea de crear aquesta cervesa va sorgir de la forma m\u00e9s inesperada del m\u00f3n: \u00ad\u201cestava beguent una IPA a la terrassa de ca nostra acompanyada d&#8217;unes galetes d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva amb sobrassada coenta, el sabor va ser tan excepcional que vaig decidir plasmar-lo en forma de cervesa coeta amb l&#8217;afegit que el pebre fos aut\u00f2cton mallorqu\u00ed\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4>TAST DESCRIPTIU<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Nom<\/strong>: \u201cRed Hot Chili IPA\u201d, edici\u00f3 limitada de la primera cervesa del m\u00f3n amb pebres nas<\/p>\n<h4>DEGUSTACI\u00d3<\/h4>\n<p><strong>O\u00efda<\/strong>: En obrir l&#8217;ampolla s&#8217;ha de sentir el gas sortint a pressi\u00f3, significa que est\u00e0 ben carbonatada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vista<\/strong>: Borbons fins, espuma blanca i densa, color magrana fosc, transparent, elegant i sense p\u00f2sits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olfacte<\/strong>: El protagonista \u00e9s l&#8217;intens aroma de pebres frescs, amb algunes notes herb\u00e0cies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gust<\/strong>: Cervesa redona i refrescant amb borbons molt agradables en boca, els receptors dels sabors picants s&#8217;activen a la punta de la llengua. \u00c9s perceben les civades poc maltades, records a pebres i herbacis gr\u00e0cies al ll\u00fapol fresc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maridatge<\/strong>:
