Parlam amb el seu autor i tamb\u00e9 creador del blog <a title=\"Beatus Ille\" href=\"http:\/\/www.beatusille.blogspot.com\/\">Beatus Ille<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La teva recepta preferida per a aquest estiu \u00e9s&#8230;<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"margin: 8px;\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Joan-F.-Jerez.jpg\" alt=\"\" height=\"300\" \/><br \/>\nN&#8217;hi ha moltes per\u00f2 em quedo amb el Taboul\u00e9. \u00c9s un plat for\u00e7a equilibrat, refrescant i molt f\u00e0cil de fer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Has guanyat amb una recepta d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3 italiana, n&#8217;ha estat clau?<\/strong><br \/>\nNo, ho crec. En tot cas, ho haur\u00e0 estat el ser una recepta senzilla.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Quina cuina t&#8217;agrada m\u00e9s i per qu\u00e8?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>M&#8217;agrada molt la cuina de l&#8217;est de la Mediterr\u00e0nia. \u00c9s una cuina plena d&#8217;aromes, sabors&#8230;<\/p>\n<div><strong>Quin ingredient t&#8217;ha estat m\u00e9s mal de cuinar?<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>No podria dir un ingredient, en tot cas un producte que \u00e9s el pa. Per sort he fet algun curset amb en Daniel Jord\u00e0 de <em>Panes Creativos<\/em> que m&#8217;ha ajudat molt, per\u00f2 el fer pa encara \u00e9s la meva assignatura pendent.<strong><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Qu\u00e8 significa Beatus Ille?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Beatus Ille significa <em>Feli\u00e7 aquell.<\/em> \u00c9s l&#8217;inici d&#8217;un vell aforisme llat\u00ed i em sembla molt adequat a la meva idea del que \u00e9s la cuina: \u00e9s quelcom m\u00e9s que menjar i m&#8217;agrada quan la gent es queda amb bon humor despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un \u00e0pat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>El teu blog \u00e9s per gust o per professi\u00f3?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>\u00c9s per pur gust. La meva professi\u00f3 \u00e9s la d&#8217;educador social. Mai no m&#8217;he dedicat professionalment a la cuina, encara que hi ha gent que em diu que hauria de ser cuiner i a la meva dona li encantaria que obr\u00eds un restaurant mediterrani al seu Brasil natal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Qui et va inspirar per capbussar-te en els fogons?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Mai m&#8217;he fet aquesta pregunta&#8230; Per\u00f2 possiblement, veure el meu avi Jaume (que em va criar juntament amb el meu oncle Diego, perqu\u00e8 els meus pares treballaven moltes hores), encara que fossin plats molt senzills, hagi estat la influ\u00e8ncia incosncient per a capbussar-me en els fogons.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\u00abLA MEVA INTENCI\u00d3 \u00c9S QUE LES RECEPTES SIGUIN MOLT CLARES I DIRECTES, SENSE GAIRES FLORITURES ESTIL\u00cdSTIQUES\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Qu\u00e8 li falta a la teva cuina?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Li manca m\u00e9s t\u00e8cnica d&#8217;alta cuina. No he fet esferificacions ni aires ni n\u00favols ni boires&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Quantes hores setmanals dediques a la cuina?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Unes quantes hores, sobretot el cap de setmana. Per\u00f2 com que faig una cuina for\u00e7a senzilla, el que m\u00e9s hores m&#8217;ocupa s\u00f3n les visites als mercats (sobretot al de la Boqueria, per estar a prop de la feina) per veure qu\u00e8 hi ha, a quin preu \u00e9s&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>I al teu blog?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Hi dedico menys hores del que voldria, ja que \u00faltimament estic molt ocupat amb feina, estudis i acabant l&#8217;edici\u00f3 on-line d&#8217;un llibre, recull de les meves receptes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s all\u00f2 que m\u00e9s t&#8217;ha costat aprendre del m\u00f3n culinari?<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>El que m\u00e9s em costa, encara que ja ho tinc for\u00e7a per la m\u00e0, \u00e9s transmetre les meves receptes, ja que moltes les faig a ull, llengua i nas i no puc dir, en alguns casos, quina quantitat exacta d&#8217;un ingredient concret he posat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Com t&#8217;ho fas per tenir les receptes en 4 idiomes?<\/strong><br \/>\nSabent els quatre idiomes \u00e9s important, per\u00f2 sobretot, no complicar-se la vida a l&#8217;hora de donar explicacions. La meva intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s que les receptes siguin molt clares i directes, sense gaires floritures estil\u00edstiques.
