Encara que ja fa uns anyets&#8230;Va ser quan era petit, tenia 8 o 9 anys, en el restaurant que tenia la meva mare ja hi feia algunes amanidetes. Encara que el que m&#8217;agradava m\u00e9s era vendre gelats. M&#8217;encantava fer boletes i <em>cortes<\/em> i, perqu\u00e8 no dir-ho, les propinetes que em donaven (Per ser un nen tant espavilat&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quin \u00e9s el plat que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agrada cuinar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No sabria dir-ho exactament, molts, sobretot de cuina tradicional. Potser amb els arrossos diuen que hi tinc la m\u00e0 trencada i disfruto molt fent-los.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I a l&#8217;hora de menjar, quin \u00e9s el plat que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agrada?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tots, i dep\u00e8n del moment o de la situaci\u00f3. Amb el que m&#8217;agrada a mi menjar!\u00a0 Crec que no podria triar-ne un. Quan surto a menjar fora de casa, m&#8217;\u00e9s molt dif\u00edcil triar, no pels plats que hi puguin haver-hi, sin\u00f3 per descartar els que no menjar\u00e9. A no ser que vagi a un lloc determinat a menjar alguna especialitat que ja conec.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abQUAN SURTO A MENJAR A FORA DE CASA, M&#8217;\u00c9S MOLT DIF\u00cdCIL DESCARTAR QU\u00c8 NO MENJAR\u00c9\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Hi ha algun aliment que no t&#8217;agradi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Crec que no, potser el que no m&#8217;agrada encara no l&#8217;he tastat&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experimentes sovint amb noves receptes, aliments o t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quan treballava a la cuina era m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil\u00a0experimentar amb noves t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries. A casa \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil fer-ho per la manca d&#8217;eines i maquin\u00e0ria adequada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per\u00f2 s\u00ed, encara que s\u00f3c molt de cuina tradicional, s\u00f3c bastant curi\u00f2s i m&#8217;agrada\u00a0provar coses noves, per aix\u00f2 intento introduir noves formes i sabors a les receptes de tota la vida. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, sense perdre l&#8217;origen d&#8217;un plat, crec que s&#8217;ha de ser molt respectu\u00f3s amb la hist\u00f2ria i cultura dels pobles, i la cuina en forma part.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitrocer\u00e0mica o cuina de gas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot t\u00e9 els seus avantatges, la vitro \u00e9s mes neta i et permet controlar m\u00e9s les temperatures de determinades coccions. I tamb\u00e9\u00a0hi ha\u00a0t\u00e8cniques en les quals necesites cops de foc m\u00e9s del tipus de cuina de fogons. Em quedo amb les dues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si poguessis cuinar per a un cuiner de renom, per a qui cuinaries?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De les preguntes que m&#8217;heu fet, potser aquesta \u00e9s per m\u00ed la m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil de contestar, admiro\u00a0a molts cuiners i en conec a molts, de tots he apr\u00e8s i\u00a0aprenc coses, fins i tot de les mestresses de casa. No voldria esmentar-ne un i no esmentar-neun altre.
