{"id":76024,"date":"2022-05-19T09:44:20","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T07:44:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/menorca-cerca-un-dolc-inspirat-en-lepoca-talaiotica"},"modified":"2022-05-19T09:44:20","modified_gmt":"2022-05-19T07:44:20","slug":"menorca-cerca-un-dolc-inspirat-en-lepoca-talaiotica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/menorca-cerca-un-dolc-inspirat-en-lepoca-talaiotica","title":{"rendered":"Menorca cerca un dol\u00e7 inspirat en l&#8217;\u00e8poca talai\u00f2tica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Professional de Pastisseria, Forn i Afins de Menorca (APAME) i el Consell Insular de Menorca organitzen el certamen\u00a0<strong>El dol\u00e7 talai\u00f2tic<\/strong>. \u00c9s una m\u00e9s de les accions incloses en el Pla de Comunicaci\u00f3 d\u2019Menorca Talai\u00f2tica, amb la finalitat que tant residents com visitants puguin vincular i identificar el dol\u00e7 guanyador amb la candidatura. El per\u00edode d\u2019inscripcions ha comen\u00e7at avui i es tancar\u00e0 el 23 de setembre a mitjanit. El lliurament de premis se celebrar\u00e0 el dia primer d\u2019octubre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premis del concurs<br \/>\n<\/strong>Un\u00a0<strong>m\u00e0xim de 18 participants<\/strong>\u00a0podran presentar la seva proposta de postres dolces al concurs, amb la condici\u00f3 que siguin\u00a0<strong>de nova creaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0i que no s\u2019hagin comercialitzat pr\u00e8viament. El guanyador s\u2019endur\u00e0\u00a0<strong>5.000 euros de premi\u00a0<\/strong>(IVA excl\u00f2s),\u00a0<strong>i la resta de participants 500 euros cadascun\u00a0<\/strong>(IVA excl\u00f2s). El dol\u00e7 guanyador passar\u00e0 a ser propietat d\u2019APAME, que en distribuir\u00e0 l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 i composici\u00f3 entre totes les entitats membres per a la posterior comercialitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 d\u2019El dol\u00e7 talai\u00f2tic ha comptat amb la pres\u00e8ncia del vicepresident i conseller de Cultura,\u00a0<strong>Miquel \u00c0ngel Maria<\/strong>, i el president d\u2019APAME, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Gim\u00e9nez. En la seva intervenci\u00f3, Maria ha destacat que un dels aspectes m\u00e9s importants d\u2019una candidatura a patrimoni mundial \u00e9s que la societat se la faci seva, i assegura que a Menorca a\u00e7\u00f2 succeeix. \u201cSi ja ven\u00edem d\u2019una estima important del poble de Menorca pel seu patrimoni prehist\u00f2ric, la candidatura ha impulsat iniciatives ciutadanes i fins i tot empresarials que fan de Menorca Talai\u00f2tica un projecte ampli, transversal, que va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019arqueologia\u201d, i ha afegit que la implicaci\u00f3 d\u2019APAME en aquesta iniciativa \u00e9s un bon exemple d\u2019aquesta extensi\u00f3 del projecte.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, el president d\u2019APAME ha volgut remarcar la total predisposici\u00f3 del gremi a col\u00b7laborar amb aquesta acci\u00f3 per donar suport al proc\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 Menorca Talai\u00f2tica sigui patrimoni mundial, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 una volta aconseguida la inscripci\u00f3, si s\u2019escau.\u00a0<strong>L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que tant residents com visitants puguin vincular aquestes postres a la Menorca Talai\u00f2tica i les puguin adquirir a les pastisseries de Menorca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat del certamen estar\u00e0 format per tres representants del Consell Insular de Menorca i tres d\u2019APAME, i valorar\u00e0 especialment la creativitat i originalitat en la presentaci\u00f3 de les postres, aix\u00ed com la utilitzaci\u00f3 de sabors t\u00edpics de la rebosteria menorquina.
