Francesco Donvito, natural de Gioia del Colle (Bari) de Puglia, intenta establir una connexi\u00f3 entre It\u00e0lia i Mallorca, creant connexions entre persones i idees i estimulant converses i interaccions a trav\u00e9s de la gastronomia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aliments\u00a0naturals, innovadors i sostenibles<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Yunieska Exp\u00f3sito<\/strong>, m\u00e0nager i \u00e0nima de DonBio, va assegurar que \u00e9s un projecte \u201cque pret\u00e9n contribuir a la difusi\u00f3 de nova visi\u00f3 de la nutrici\u00f3 i el benestar amb la promoci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments italians naturals, innovadors i sostenibles mitjan\u00e7ant plats senzills i accessibles per\u00a0<strong>garantir la millor aportaci\u00f3 nutricional i els beneficis m\u00e9s grans per a la salu<\/strong>t\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El xef\u00a0<strong>Gerhard Schwaiger<\/strong>, i el cap de cuina,\u00a0<strong>Stefan Brunner<\/strong>, varen oferir una selecci\u00f3 de plats cuinats amb els productes biol\u00f2gics de DonBio, fets majorit\u00e0riament amb\u00a0<strong>espirulina<\/strong>, excel\u00b7lent font de vitamines, minerals, antioxidants i prote\u00efnes, sent considerada a la actualitat com un s\u00faper aliment a causa dels nombrosos beneficis per a la salut.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, durant la vetllada, els convidats van poder gaudir d&#8217;una picada variada en qu\u00e8 varen poder tastar els <em>spaghettoni\u00a0<\/em>de llenties vermelles amb vitello tonnato, els\u00a0<em>risoni\u00a0<\/em>amb caviar de salm\u00f3 i mantega blanca de cibulet; els\u00a0<em>rigatoni\u00a0<\/em>de civada farcits de v\u00e8rtoles acompanyats de p\u00e8sols; els espaguetis amb espirulina amb rag\u00fa de vedella estofada durant 88 hores i salsa parmesana, i, de postres, el savar\u00ed de s\u00e8mola de blat amb albercoc i gelat de vainilla.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 de la marca i de la nova botiga que va comptar amb la pres\u00e8ncia de representants de la societat balear com ara el president de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Distribu\u00efdors d&#8217;Aliments i Begudes, Bartomeu Servera; el president de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners Afincats a les Illes Balears, Jos\u00e9 Cortes; com tamb\u00e9 com les\u00a0<em>influencers\u00a0<\/em>Aurora Vega, @Misstrillis i Addicta a la Carta entre molts altres.
