Es tracta de 63.548 hectolitres de vi, un 14,2% m\u00e9s que l\u2019any 2021. Els vins de qualitat fan refer\u00e8ncia a les vuit figures de qualitat registrades a les Balears com s\u00f3n la DO Binissalem, DO Pla i Llevant, Vi de la Terra de Mallorca, Vi de la Terra Eivissa, Vi de la Terra Illa de Menorca, Vi de la Terra de Formentera, Vi de la Terra Illes Balears i Vi de la Terra Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n<p>La conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3 general de Pol\u00edtiques per a la Sobirania Aliment\u00e0ria, ha fet p\u00fabliques les estad\u00edstiques referides a la producci\u00f3 de vins de qualitat d\u2019aquest 2022. Mentre el 2021 es varen produir 55.654 hectolitres de vi, el 2022 foren 63.548 hectolitres, dels quals un 43,5% va ser vi negre, un 38,2% va ser vi blanc i un 18,3% fou vi rosat. <strong>Els majors increments de producci\u00f3 corresponen al vi rosat amb un 27% m\u00e9s i el vi blanc amb un 21% m\u00e9s<\/strong>. D&#8217;altra banda, Vi de la Terra de Formentera, amb un 54,8%, i Vi de la Terra de Mallorca, amb un 24,8% s\u00f3n les dues marques de qualitat que m\u00e9s han incrementat la producci\u00f3 de vi.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la <strong>producci\u00f3 de ra\u00efm<\/strong>, el 2021 es produ\u00efren 8.737 tones mentre que el 2022 es varen produir 10.113 tones, un 15,8% m\u00e9s. La producci\u00f3 mitjana per hect\u00e0rea va ser de 4.418 quilos, un 12,8% superior al 2021. Si b\u00e9 el 60,6% del ra\u00efm veremar va ser negre, l\u2019increment m\u00e9s important va ser en relaci\u00f3 amb el ra\u00efm blanc, amb un 27,7% m\u00e9s que l\u2019any anterior, fet que respon a la creixent demanda de vins blancs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019any agr\u00edcola va comen\u00e7ar amb pluges considerables el mes de novembre del 2021, que varen permetre abeurar la terra, seguit d\u2019un hivern sense gelades i una primavera c\u00e0lida i amb algunes pluges (m\u00e9s de 100 litres per metre quadrat en algunes comarques), fet que afavoria una bona verema. L\u2019estiu fou molt calor\u00f3s amb una onada de calor de 17 dies amb temperatures m\u00e0ximes superiors als 35 graus, que arribaren a superar els 40 graus, i amb temperatures m\u00ednimes per damunt dels 20 graus. En moltes comarques, la vinya va patir per la calor i la sequedat, fet que va limitar la producci\u00f3 i algunes vinyes varen utilitzar el degoteig per suplementar la p\u00e8rdua d\u2019aigua per evapotranspiraci\u00f3. D\u2019altra banda, <strong>la baixa humitat va afavorir la qualitat del ra\u00efm<\/strong>, de manera que va ser una verema de ra\u00efm molt sa.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019any 2022 es varen destinar a produir ra\u00efm per vins de qualitat diferenciada 2.009,6 hect\u00e0rees, un 3,2% m\u00e9s que l\u2019anyada del 2021.
