Hi assistiren nombrosos visitants interessats per con\u00e8ixer els olis d\u2019oliva verge extra de qualitat diferenciada de l\u2019anyada 2022-2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joan Mayol<\/strong>, president de la DO Oli de Mallorca, hi va destacar que \u201cla Nit de l\u2019Oli permet posar en valor els nostres olis d\u2019oliva verge extra, com tamb\u00e9 el comprom\u00eds dels nostres elaboradors cap al consumidor pel que fa a qualitat i proced\u00e8ncia del producte\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una temporada complicada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sobre la comercialitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019any passat, Mayol va comentar que \u201cno sols ens hem recuperat de la sotragada que va suposar la pand\u00e8mia, sin\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong>hem aconseguit vendre m\u00e9s Oli de Mallorca que mai en la hist\u00f2ria!<\/strong>\u00a0El m\u00e8rit \u00e9s compartit: productors, comercialitzadors i consumidors.\u201d Ara b\u00e9, tamb\u00e9\u00a0<strong>va lamentar\u00a0<\/strong>el fet que \u00ab<strong>el consum d\u2019Oli de Mallorca representi manco del 10% de l&#8217;oli d\u2019oliva\u00a0verge extra que es consumeix a Mallorca<\/strong>, \u00e9s indicatiu de qu\u00e8 encara ens queda molt cam\u00ed per fer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quant a aquesta campanya, el president del consell regulador ha indicat que \u201cels elaboradors s&#8217;encaren a\u00a0<strong>una temporada complicada<\/strong>\u00a0a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la<strong>\u00a0baixa producci\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>amb l\u2019afegit de les\u00a0<strong>cont\u00ednues pujades de productes agr\u00edcoles, energia i envasos<\/strong>\u00a0que els dificulta poder mantenir els preus de venda sense afrontar p\u00e8rdues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, el consell regulador va lliurar un\u00a0<strong>diploma de reconeixement a la marca Suc de Cel<\/strong>, per l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de la\u00a0<strong>Medalla d\u2019Or als Top 10 Olive Oil Awards de la Biofach 2022<\/strong>\u00a0al mes d\u2019agost, entregat per la consellera d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>Mae de la Concha<\/strong>, juntament amb el doctor C\u00f3rdoba,\u00a0<strong>Octavi C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong>, cap del servei de Ginecologia i Obstetr\u00edcia de l\u2019Hospital Universitari Son Espases. L&#8217;acte tamb\u00e9 va comptar amb la pres\u00e8ncia de\u00a0Jaume Alzamora, conseller de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Desenvolupament Local del Consell de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Els assistents a la presentaci\u00f3 comprovaren el gran ventall d\u2019olis d\u2019oliva\u00a0verge extra que produeixen els elaboradors emmarcats en el segell Oli de Mallorca mitjan\u00e7ant el tast i propostes de maridatge amb les quals varen descobrir la diversitat del producte que s\u2019obt\u00e9 d\u2019olives de les varietats arbequina, piqual, empeltre i mallorquina.
