El segon premi l&#8217;ha rebut\u00a0<strong>Jes\u00fas Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, de l&#8217;escola M\u00e0ster D M\u00e0laga; i el tercer ha estat per a<strong>\u00a0N\u00faria Cort\u00e8s<\/strong>, de l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de Balears.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat de l&#8217;edici\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>2023\u00a0<\/strong>ha estat format per\u00a0La decisi\u00f3 la van prendre Bernab\u00e9 Caravotta (Vandal Restaurant), David Moreno (Hotel Can Simoneta), Tomeu Mart\u00ed (Arume), Jonay Hern\u00e1ndez (La Vieja), Andreu Genestra, Joan Marc Garc\u00edas (amb restaurant hom\u00f2nims), Toni Tarrag\u00f3 (Es tast de na Silvia), Juliana Gonz\u00e1lez (sommelier) i Tomeu Caldentey com a president del jurat, amb el xef Koldo Royo exercint de presentador, amenitzant com cada any amb les seves infal\u00b7libles maneres rocanroleres.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8viament es va celebrar concurs per als m\u00e9s petits, el Protur Chef Kids, que va tenir com a tercera classificada Maria de Lluc, el segon lloc fou per a\u00a0<strong>Agn\u00e8s Obrador<\/strong>, mentre que el primer premi se l&#8217;endugu\u00e9\u00a0<strong>Ornella d&#8217;Addona<\/strong>.
