{"id":82216,"date":"2023-05-04T02:35:44","date_gmt":"2023-05-04T00:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/la-fira-del-vi-de-pollenca-celebra-20-anys"},"modified":"2023-05-04T02:35:44","modified_gmt":"2023-05-04T00:35:44","slug":"la-fira-del-vi-de-pollenca-celebra-20-anys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/la-fira-del-vi-de-pollenca-celebra-20-anys","title":{"rendered":"La Fira del Vi de Pollen\u00e7a celebra 20 anys"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Quasi\u00a0<strong>40 cellers de Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0i una selecci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>cellers de la DO Montsant<\/strong>, del Priorat (Catalunya), seran els protagonistes de la\u00a0<strong>Fira del Vi de Pollen\u00e7a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Enguany, la cita arriba a la 20a edici\u00f3 i ho fa els dies<strong>\u00a06 i 7 de maig al Claustre de Sant Domingo<\/strong>.\u00a0L&#8217;activitat \u00e9s una de les m\u00e9s destacades de Mallorca, per aix\u00f2 reuneix especialistes i amants del bon vi d&#8217;arreu de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 organitzada per l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 Vi Primitiu, actualment presidida per Josep Bibiloni, i t\u00e9 el suport incondicional de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Pollen\u00e7a. En el programa d&#8217;enguany, hi ha previstes dues activitats paral\u00b7leles:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dia 4 de maig<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>Maridatge de vi i \u00f2pera<\/strong>\u00a0al pati de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Pollen\u00e7a, a les 20 h.\u00a0Hi actuaran el tenor Jos\u00e9 Manuel S\u00e1nchez, la soprano Paula Riera i Francesc Blanco al piano, una actuaci\u00f3 que estar\u00e0 acompanyada amb un tast de vins del celler Can Vidalet.
