Afortunadament, hi ha diverses mesures que poden ajudar\u00a0 a dormir millor durant els dies calorosos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Beveu aigua a bastament<\/strong>: Procurau estar hidratats durant el dia, per\u00f2 evitau beure grans quantitats just abans de ficar-vos al llit per minimitzar les interrupcions nocturnes a causa de les visites al bany.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manteniu l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 fresca<\/strong>: Assegurau-vos que l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 estigui ben ventilada durant el dia. Utilitzau ventiladors o aire condicionat per mantenir l&#8217;ambient fresc abans de ficar-vos al llit. Tamb\u00e9 podeu usar cortines opaques o persianes per a bloquejar la llum solar directa que podria escalfar l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usau roba adequada per dormir<\/strong>: Vestiu-vos amb pijames o roba de llit lleugera i transpirable que permeti la circulaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aire i absorbeixi la suor. Triau materials naturals com el cot\u00f3 o el lli, que s\u00f3n m\u00e9s frescos en comparaci\u00f3 amb teles sint\u00e8tiques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Utilitzau roba de llit fresca<\/strong>: Canviau els llen\u00e7ols i fundes de coix\u00ed per unes de m\u00e9s lleugeres i fresques. Considerau emprar llen\u00e7ols de cot\u00f3 o de teixit transpirable per a ajudar a regular la temperatura corporal durant el vespre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dutxau-vos abans de ficar-vos al llit<\/strong>: Refrescar-se amb aigua fresca pot ajudar-vos a reduir la sensaci\u00f3 de calor en el cos abans de colgar-se.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Utilitzau m\u00e8todes de refredament addicionals<\/strong>: Provaucol\u00b7locar una bossa de gel o una ampolla d&#8217;aigua freda enfront del ventilador perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;aire que circuli sigui m\u00e9s fresc. Tamb\u00e9 podeu usar ventiladors de sostre o col\u00b7locar un ventilador prop d&#8217;una finestra per a crear un corrent d&#8217;aire.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limitau l&#8217;\u00fas de dispositius electr\u00f2nics<\/strong>: Evita l&#8217;\u00fas de dispositius electr\u00f2nics abans de ficar-vos al llit, ja que poden generar calor addicional i emetre llum blava que pot alterar el teu ritme circadiari.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planificau\u00a0l&#8217;horari de son<\/strong>: Intentau adaptar els vostres horaris de son per a aprofitar les hores m\u00e9s fresques del dia.
