Tots dos s\u00f3n els creadors de 7103 Petit Celler de Santa Maria del Cam\u00ed, que t\u00e9 com a filosofia l&#8217;\u00fas de les varietats aut\u00f2ctones i la valoritzaci\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>producte local<\/strong>, ent\u00e8s com a local aquell que \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>nascut i transformat aqu\u00ed<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, seguint amb aquesta filosofia s&#8217;han proposat fer una sangria 100% mallorquina.<\/p>\n<p>Per considerar que una beguda \u00e9s sangria, ha de tenir el 50% de vi i el 50% de suc de taronja. En el cas de\u00a0<strong>Sangria Mallorca de 7103<\/strong>, el vi procedeix del ra\u00efm de les seves vinyes, concretament de la varietat local mantonegro, i les taronges s\u00f3n del Pla de Mallorca que Fruita Bona convertit en suc. Despr\u00e9s, ho han infusionat amb canyella, clau i cardomom d&#8217;Esp\u00e8cies Cresp\u00ed, sense afegir-hi gens de sucre. Per elaborar-la han estat un any i mig fent proves perqu\u00e8 havien de millorar l&#8217;estabilitzaci\u00f3 del suc de taronja de forma natural, fita que han assolit.<\/p>\n<p>Tant C\u00e0noves com Ordines comenten que \u00aba 7103 petit celler, des del dia del nostre naixement v\u00e0rem apostar perqu\u00e8 la diferenciaci\u00f3 dels nostres vins amb la resta fossin les varietats aut\u00f2ctones\u00bb. La presentaci\u00f3 es va fer el 14 de juliol a l&#8217;agroturisme\u00a0<strong>Sa Pedrissa<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>Dei\u00e0<\/strong>.
