{"id":85545,"date":"2023-10-17T14:16:49","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T12:16:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/comenca-la-setmana-del-pa"},"modified":"2023-10-17T14:16:49","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T12:16:49","slug":"comenca-la-setmana-del-pa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/comenca-la-setmana-del-pa","title":{"rendered":"Comen\u00e7a la Setmana del Pa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En motiu de la celebraci\u00f3 del Dia Mundial del Pa, el Govern de les Illes Balears i l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears ha organitzat la Setmana del Pa.<\/p>\n<p>Les activitats es duran a terme del 16 al 19 d\u2019octubre i tenen com a objectiu fomentar el consum de pa elaborat a forns amb obrador entre la ciutadania, com tamb\u00e9 activitats per donar a con\u00e8ixer i afavorir l\u2019ofici de forner.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00f2rgan p\u00fablic d&#8217;organitzar l&#8217;activitat \u00e9s l\u2019Institut d\u2019Innovaci\u00f3 Empresarial de les Illes Balears (IDI), depenent de la Conselleria d&#8217;Empresa, Ocupaci\u00f3 i Energia, juntament a l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actes de la Setmana del Pa<br \/>\n<\/strong>A m\u00e9s de la classe magistral de David Solana, la Setmana del Pa s\u2019ha inaugurat al quiosc de la pla\u00e7a de l\u2019Olivar de Palma amb una tast de pa de xeixa i llonguet gourmet a c\u00e0rrec de Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners de Balears (ASCAIB), xef, formador i assessor gastron\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels actes m\u00e9s esperats de la Setmana del Pa \u00e9s la visita als forns de l\u2019escriptor, investigador i divulgador de la cultura i el patrimoni Tom\u00e0s Vibot, qui enguany es trasllada a Campos per con\u00e8ixer la hist\u00f2ria i tastar els productes dels tres forns adherits al projecte \u00abEmblem\u00e0tics balears\u00bb: Can Pere, Can Bet i Pastisseries Pomar. Aquesta ruta es far\u00e0 el dimecres 18 d\u2019octubre, a les 11 h. Com ja \u00e9s tradici\u00f3, la Setmana del Pa inclou tamb\u00e9 la presentaci\u00f3 de la Ruta del Llonguet, organitzada per l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers amb l\u2019Ajuntament de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>Les activitats que es preveuen s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dilluns, 16 d\u2019octubre, 17.00 h<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tast de pa de xeixa i showcooking llonguet gourmet, a c\u00e0rrec de Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Cuiners de Balears (ASCAIB), xef, formador i assessor gastron\u00f2mic, al quiosc de la pla\u00e7a de l\u2019Olivar de Palma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimarts, 17 d\u2019octubre, 11.30 h<br \/>\n<\/strong>Presentaci\u00f3 de la Ruta del Llonguet 2023, al quiosc de la pla\u00e7a de l\u2019Olivar de Palma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dimecres, 18 d\u2019octubre, 11.00 h<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ruta dels forns emblem\u00e0tics de Campos, a c\u00e0rrec de Tom\u00e0s Vibot, escriptor, investigador i divulgador de la cultura i el patrimoni. Coneixerem i tastarem els forns de Can Pere, Can Bet i Pastisseries Pomar.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.idi.es\/bit.ly\/46ImmMq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Inscripcions<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dijous, 19 d\u2019octubre, 11.00 h<br \/>\n<\/strong>Classe magistral &#8216;Joves forners, entre tradici\u00f3 i modernitat&#8217;, a c\u00e0rrec de David Solana de l\u2019Obrador Abantos, a l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<p>El conseller d\u2019Empresa, Ocupaci\u00f3 i Energia,\u00a0<strong>Alejandro S\u00e1enz de San Pedro<\/strong>, ha recordat que l\u2019IDI treballa des de fa set anys amb l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Forners a trav\u00e9s del distintiu de qualitat Pa d\u2019Aqu\u00ed, Forn i Tradici\u00f3, que obtenen els forns que ofereixen almenys dues tipologies de pa tradicional de les Illes Balears i que elaboren un 70 % del producte que venen.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, el gerent de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers,\u00a0<strong>Pep Magraner<\/strong>, ha agra\u00eft l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes accions que \u00abposen en valor el pa elaborat de forma artesanal amb una mat\u00e8ria primera de qualitat\u00bb. A m\u00e9s, ha destacat \u201cla col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 publicoprivada a trav\u00e9s de Pa d\u2019Aqu\u00ed que t\u00e9 com a objectiu que els consumidors identifiquin aquest distintiu amb un producte de qualitat, saludable i de proximitat\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia, la marca Pa d\u2019Aqu\u00ed t\u00e9 304 establiments adherits. El conseller ha assegurat que \u00abconsumir pa fet per productors locals \u00e9s m\u00e9s respectu\u00f3s amb el medi ambient i ajuda l\u2019economia local i el desenvolupament rural\u00bb. Les tipologies de pa considerades tradicionals a les Illes Balears s\u00f3n: pa pag\u00e8s (blanc i moreno), pa de xeixa, llonguet, panet d\u2019oli, galetes fortes d\u2019Eivissa, galeta d\u2019oli, c\u00f3c, magraneta i pa de Viena.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, enguany s\u2019han iniciat una s\u00e8rie de xerrades de joves professionals per encoratjar els alumnes a continuar amb l\u2019ofici de forner. Concretament, <strong>Maties Miralles<\/strong>, del Forn des Pla de na Tesa, i Biel Vidal, del Forn de Ca na Joanaineta d\u2019Alar\u00f3, han compartit la seva experi\u00e8ncia com a forners i empresaris per mostrar la realitat als estudiants.
