{"id":85959,"date":"2023-11-16T10:07:55","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T09:07:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/36-restaurants-participaran-a-tapalma-2023"},"modified":"2023-11-16T10:07:55","modified_gmt":"2023-11-16T09:07:55","slug":"36-restaurants-participaran-a-tapalma-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/36-restaurants-participaran-a-tapalma-2023","title":{"rendered":"36 restaurants participaran a TaPalma 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un total de 36 establiments participaran a TaPalma Mallorca-2023, que celebrar\u00e0 el concurs de tapes i c\u00f2ctels el 20 de novembre al Palau de Congressos de Palma, mentre que la ruta es dur\u00e0 a terme del 22 al 26 de novembre pels diferents locals adherits.<\/p>\n<p>Els restaurants participants s\u00f3n:\u00a0Arume Sake Bar, Bar Central, Bar Cristal, Bar Mavi, Caf\u00e9 Barroco, Can Frasquet, Casino Mallorca, Cocteler\u00eda Riad, Dave\u2019s Diner, D\u2019presi\u00f3n, El Bandarra, El Braser\u00edo, El Bula, Entre Pinsas, Es Principal, Fast &amp; Nature, Foam, L\u2019Arancina, La Ca\u00f1a, La Consentida, La Siesta, La Trastienda, La Velo Brewery, Los Platos de Soto, Maleva, Mest\u00eds, Mozzatura, Noveno B, Omb\u00fa, Sa Goleta, Sa Panineria, San Patricio, Schwaiger, Shaka, The Wine Side i Viu Restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>De tots els establiments, 23 s&#8217;han presentat al concurs que tindr\u00e0 lloc el dilluns, dia 20 de novembre, a l&#8217;Auditori Illes Balears del Palau de Congressos, a partir de les 16.00 hores.\u00a0Aix\u00ed doncs, 20 tapes i 6 c\u00f2ctels lluitaran per obtenir l&#8217;or, tant en la tapa tem\u00e0tica com en la tapa TaPalma, i tamb\u00e9 en c\u00f2ctels, i convertir-se en les millors creacions gastron\u00f2miques i cocteleres de l&#8217;illa.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la presentaci\u00f3, celebrada aquest mat\u00ed a les instal\u00b7lacions de Makro, s&#8217;han donat a con\u00e8ixer els concursants que han estat seleccionats en cadascuna de les categories del concurs i s&#8217;ha procedit al sorteig de l&#8217;ordre de participaci\u00f3 el dia del certamen. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha fet lliurament de les caixes amb tot el material necessari per als establiments participants.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs, que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a les 16.00 hores a l&#8217;Auditori Illes Balears del Palau de Congressos, donar\u00e0 el tret de sortida amb el certamen de la Tapa Tem\u00e0tica, que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a les 16.15 hores, i en el qual hi participaran els xefs dels seg\u00fcents restaurants: Caf\u00e9 Barroco, Bar Mavi, The Wine Side, La Velo Brewery, Arume Sake Bar, Viu Restaurant, Dave&#8217;s Diner, Noveno B, L&#8217;Arancina i D&#8217;presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit, a les 17.25 hores, ser\u00e0 el torn per al concurs dels c\u00f2ctels amb els bartenders de Casino Mallorca, La Ca\u00f1a, Arume Sake Bar, Cocteler\u00eda Riad, The Wine Side i Can Frasquet.<\/p>\n<p>Per a finalitzar, a les 18.15 hores es realitzar\u00e0 el concurs de Tapa TaPalma en el qual hi concursaran: Can Frasquet, Arume Sake Bar, Omb\u00fa, La Ca\u00f1a, Fast &amp; Nature, El Braser\u00edo, La Consentida, Foam, Sa Goleta i Mozzatura.<\/p>\n<p>Un concurs que es preveu molt emocionant on els xefs i bartenders que concursen mostraran les seves habilitats davant un jurat format per reconeguts xefs i barmans de prestigi local i nacional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jurat del Concurs TaPalma 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El jurat de tapes del Concurs TaPalma 2023 estar\u00e0 format per un jurat fix encap\u00e7alat per Igor Rodr\u00edguez, president del jurat de xefs i xef del restaurant El\u00a0Bandarra;\u00a0\u00cd\u00f1igo Kortabitartarte, xef del restaurant Kobika i guanyador d&#8217;un acc\u00e8ssit al Concurs Nacional de Pinxos i Tapes Ciudad de Valladolid; Luis Cepeda, cr\u00edtic gastron\u00f2mic;\u00a0Iv\u00e1n Sanz, membre del jurat del Concurs Nacional de Pinxos i Tapes Ciudad de Valladolid i Dehesa de los Can\u00f3nigos i\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, president d\u2019ASCAIB, xef i assessor; acompanyats en Tapa TaPalma per\u00a0Claudio Lemos, xef i\u00a0Lydia Larrei, directora de comunicaci\u00f3 de la DO Oli de Mallorca; i en Tapa Tem\u00e0tica per\u00a0Koldo Royo, xef i influencer i\u00a0Antonia M\u00aa Torres, directora del Jurat de Tast de la IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>En quant al jurat de c\u00f2ctels, la presidenta ser\u00e0\u00a0Sonia\u00a0Pou, relacions p\u00fabliques de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de\u00a0Bartenders\u00a0de les Illes Balears (ABIB), qui estar\u00e0 acompanyada per\u00a0Pedro Mar\u00edn, brand ambassador d\u2019Antonio Nadal Destil\u00b7leries;\u00a0Fernando Calder\u00f3n, director de sala del Katagi Blau;\u00a0Kike Bayano, brand ambassador de Coca-Cola i gerent de On the Rocks i\u00a0Laura Perlada, bar manager de l\u2019hotel La Gloria de Sant Jaume.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ruta de tapes i c\u00f2ctels se celebrar\u00e0 del 22 al 26 de novembre als diferents&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":85951,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1003,1004],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-85959","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es","category-fires-i-rutes-es","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
