Aix\u00ed ho explica\u00a0<strong>Biel Ferragut<\/strong>, batle de\u00a0<strong>sa Pobla<\/strong>: \u00ab<strong>conreu hist\u00f2ric<\/strong>, introdu\u00eft a sa Pobla l\u2019any 1901, ja consolidat i que ha creat una marca m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les nostres fronteres. La fira \u00e9s el moment de recon\u00e8ixer aquest producte, els pagesos que encara el conren, i els jornalers i jornaleres que, en un passat no tan lluny\u00e0, s\u2019enfrontaren a una feina dura dins les veles pr\u00f2ximes a s\u2019Albufera\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La cita tendr\u00e0 lloc els\u00a0<strong>dies 25 i 26 de novembre<\/strong>\u00a0i ser\u00e0 molt semblant a la de l&#8217;any passat perqu\u00e8 va agradar molt. Hi haur\u00e0\u00a0<strong>artesania<\/strong>, per\u00f2 sobretot\u00a0<strong>molta de qualitat i aliments de quil\u00f2metre zero<\/strong>, de la marjal de sa Pobla. Com a novetat, hi haur\u00e0\u00a0<strong>una macroconcentraci\u00f3 de caravanes<\/strong>, que se situaran al pol\u00edgon dels Molins d&#8217;Aigua.\u00a0<strong>Magdalena de la Fuente<\/strong>, regidora responsable de la Fira, remarca que hi haur\u00e0 animaci\u00f3 de carrer i decoraran els carrers on se celebra la fira. A m\u00e9s, \u00ab<strong>hi haur\u00e0 el tast d&#8217;arr\u00f2s brut<\/strong>, la recaptaci\u00f3 del qual es destinar\u00e0 a Llar de Mem\u00f2ria. Tamb\u00e9 hi haur\u00e0 una exhibici\u00f3 amb m\u00e9s de 100 cavalls, m\u00e9s de dues-centes paradetes, a m\u00e9s del mercat tradicional que se celebra cada cap de setmana\u00bb.
