El triomfador d&#8217;aquesta edici\u00f3 ha estat el<strong>\u00a0restaurant Omb\u00fa\u00a0<\/strong>amb el xef\u00a0<strong>Alexander Pincay<\/strong>, que s&#8217;enduu el t\u00edtol de\u00a0<strong>TaPalma d&#8217;Or 2023<\/strong>\u00a0amb la seva creaci\u00f3 &#8217;20 Hores&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Totes\u00a0<strong>les tapes i c\u00f2ctels participants a TaPalma Mallorca-2023 podran degustar-se a la ruta que comen\u00e7a aquest dimecres 22 fins al diumenge 26 de novembre<\/strong>,\u00a0en qu\u00e8 participen un total de 35 establiments. Pots consultar els restaurants i la informaci\u00f3 a la App TaPalma i al web\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tapalma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">www.tapalma.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;esdeveniment<\/strong>, organitzat per AgenciaCom i Restauraci\u00f3 Mallorca CAEB, i que t\u00e9 el patrocini oficial de Trasmed i els patrocinadors institucionals com ara l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma i Passion for Palma, la Fundaci\u00f3 Mallorca Turisme i l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia d&#8217;Estrat\u00e8gia Tur\u00edstica de les Illes Balears, t\u00e9 la<strong>\u00a0finalitat de dinamitzar la ciutat\u00a0<\/strong>durant uns dies gr\u00e0cies al sector de la restauraci\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>i posicionar Mallorca<\/strong>, i molt concretament la capital,\u00a0<strong>com a punt neur\u00e0lgic de la gastronomia<\/strong>\u00a0de l&#8217;Estat espanyol.<\/p>\n<p>En la modalitat de <strong>Tapa TaPalma<\/strong>, el vencedor de la categoria d&#8217;argent ha estat el\u00a0<strong>restaurant La Ca\u00f1a<\/strong>, amb el xef\u00a0<strong>David Salas<\/strong>, que ha presentat al jurat la tapa &#8216;Bunyol de gamba vermella amb holandesa de corall&#8217;. I finalment, el\u00a0<strong>bronze<\/strong>, ha estat per\u00a0<strong>La Consentida<\/strong>, amb el xef\u00a0<strong>\u00d3scar Font\u00e1n<\/strong>, que ha presentat la tapa &#8216;La Morena Consentida&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s guardonats per categories<br \/>\n<\/strong>En categoria de\u00a0<strong>Tapa Tem\u00e0tica<\/strong>, elaborada<strong>\u00a0amb Sobrassada de Mallorca<\/strong>, el restaurant\u00a0<strong>The Wine Side<\/strong>, amb el xef\u00a0<strong>Albert Zambrano<\/strong>, ha aconseguit l&#8217;or gr\u00e0cies a &#8216;Matances&#8217;. La plata en aquesta modalitat se l&#8217;ha enduit el restaurant\u00a0<strong>Arume Sake Bar<\/strong>, del xef\u00a0<strong>Albert Mart\u00edn<\/strong>, amb &#8216;Pica Coca&#8217; i, en tercer lloc, el\u00a0<strong>bronze\u00a0<\/strong>ha recaigut en el restaurant\u00a0<strong>Dave\u00b4s Diner\u00a0<\/strong>i el xef\u00a0<strong>Giovanni Guarini\u00a0<\/strong>per la seva creaci\u00f3 &#8216;Dave&#8217;s Diner&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa al <strong>concurs de c\u00f2ctels<\/strong>, el guanyador del\u00a0<strong>C\u00f2ctel d&#8217;Or\u00a0<\/strong>ha estat &#8216;La Ca\u00f1a amb l &#8216;Terra i Aigua&#8217; del bartender\u00a0<strong>Alessandro Smurro<\/strong>. L&#8217;<strong>argent<\/strong>\u00a0ha estat per a la\u00a0<strong>cocteleria Riad<\/strong>, gr\u00e0cies a la creaci\u00f3 &#8216;Burn in Hell&#8217; de\u00a0<strong>N\u00e9stor Adri\u00e1n Mercere<\/strong>. El\u00a0<strong>bronze\u00a0<\/strong>se l&#8217;ha endut\u00a0<strong>The Wine Side\u00a0<\/strong>del bartender\u00a0<strong>David Godino<\/strong>, gr\u00e0cies a &#8216;Mariners 3&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha lliurat un acc\u00e8ssit a la tapa millor maridada amb Mahou, que ha estat per al restaurant Arume Sake Bar amb la creaci\u00f3 &#8216;Bunyol de Mar&#8217; i un altre acc\u00e8ssit al millor c\u00f2ctel elaborat amb producte Antonio Nadal per al restaurant La Ca\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participants de Tapalma 2023<br \/>\n<\/strong>El concurs, presentat per Beatriz D\u00edez Mayans i amenitzat amb la m\u00fasica de Jaume Colomb\u00e0s, ha comen\u00e7at amb el certamen de la Tapa TaPalma Tem\u00e0tica a les 16.15 hores i en qu\u00e8 han participat els xefs de Caf\u00e9 Barroco, The Wine Side, La Velo Brewery, Arume Sake Bar, Viu Restaurant, Dave&#8217;s Diner, Noveno B, L&#8217;Arancina i D&#8217;presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit ha estat el torn per al concurs dels c\u00f2ctels amb els bartenders de Casino Mallorca, La Ca\u00f1a, Arume Sake Bar, Cocteler\u00eda Riad i The Wine Side.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, s&#8217;ha celebrat el concurs de Tapa TaPalma en qu\u00e8 han participat Can Frasquet, Arume Sake Bar, Ombu, La Ca\u00f1a, Fast &amp; Nature, El Braser\u00edo, La Consentida, Sa Goleta i Mozzatura.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat de tapes del Concurs TaPalma 2023 ha estat format per un jurat fix encap\u00e7alat per <strong>Igor Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, president del jurat de tapes i xef del restaurant El Bandarra;\u00a0<strong>\u00cd\u00f1igo Kortabitartarte<\/strong>, xef del restaurant Kobika i guanyador d&#8217;un acc\u00e8ssit al Concurs Estatal de Pinxos i Tapes Ciutat de Valladolid;<strong>\u00a0Iv\u00e1n Sanz<\/strong>, membre del jurat del Concurs Estatal de Pinxos i Tapes Ciutat de Valladolid i Dehesa de los Can\u00f3nigos;\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>, president d\u2019ASCAIB, xef i assessor,\u00a0<strong>Claudio Lemos<\/strong>, xef, i\u00a0<strong>Antoni Juaneda<\/strong>, propietari de C\u00f3mete Menorca; acompanyats a Tapa TaPalma per\u00a0<strong>Lydia Larrey<\/strong>, directora de comunicaci\u00f3 de la DO Oli de Mallorca; i en Tapa Tem\u00e0tica per\u00a0<strong>Ant\u00f2nia M. Torres<\/strong>, directora del jurat de Tast de la IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, el jurat de c\u00f2ctels ha estat format per la presidenta <strong>S\u00f2nia Pou<\/strong>, relacions p\u00fabliques de l&#8217;<strong>Associaci\u00f3 de Bartenders de les Illes Balears\u00a0<\/strong>(ABIB), ha estat acompanyada per\u00a0<strong>Pedro Mar\u00edn<\/strong>, ambaixador d\u2019Antonio Nadal Destil\u00b7leries;\u00a0<strong>Fernando Calder\u00f3n<\/strong>, director de sala del Katagi Blau;\u00a0<strong>Kike Bayano<\/strong>, ambaixador de Coca-Cola i gerent de On the Rocks, i\u00a0<strong>Biel Ramo<\/strong>n, responsable de Terraza 360\u00ba del Port de Pollen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>La gala de lliurament de premis s&#8217;ha celebrat a l&#8217;Auditori Illes Balears una vegada finalitzat el concurs. I, per acabar, el vestidor del Palau de Congressos s&#8217;ha vestit de festa gr\u00e0cies als estands dels patrocinadors i col\u00b7laboradors de l&#8217;esdeveniment, i a la m\u00fasica d&#8217;en Miquel Font.
