{"id":87464,"date":"2024-02-23T09:59:45","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T08:59:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/premi-vinyovol-a-sebastia-batle-llompart"},"modified":"2024-02-23T10:00:54","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T09:00:54","slug":"premi-vinyovol-a-sebastia-batle-llompart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/premi-vinyovol-a-sebastia-batle-llompart","title":{"rendered":"Premi Viny\u00f2vol a Sebasti\u00e0 Batle Llompart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vi de la Terra Mallorca ha lliurat el\u00a0<strong>I Premi Viny\u00f2vol\u00a0<\/strong>a\u00a0<strong>Sebasti\u00e0 Batle Llompart<\/strong>\u00a0per tota una vida dedicada al cultiu de la vinya, a Biniali.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta de l\u2019acte central de la celebraci\u00f3 del Dia del Viticultor, celebrat el 16 de febrer, en el decurs del qual la presidenta de Vi de la Terra Mallorca,\u00a0<strong>Magdalena Mesquida<\/strong>, ha anunciat la posada en marxa de distints estudis cient\u00edfics per estalonar la singularitat dels vins de la IGP<\/p>\n<p>Vi de la Terra es fixa com objectiu immediat actualitzar el plec de condicions pel que fa a les varietats locals i obtenir l\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 per a elaborar escumosos.<\/p>\n<p>El primer estudi servir\u00e0 per dur a terme la zonificaci\u00f3 del terrer de l\u2019 illa de Mallorca, per part del professor de la Universitat de les Illes Balears Jaume Vadell.
