{"id":87902,"date":"2024-03-20T23:48:43","date_gmt":"2024-03-20T22:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/lexportacio-de-la-sobrassada-de-mallorca-creix-un-4-per-cent"},"modified":"2024-03-20T23:48:43","modified_gmt":"2024-03-20T22:48:43","slug":"lexportacio-de-la-sobrassada-de-mallorca-creix-un-4-per-cent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/lexportacio-de-la-sobrassada-de-mallorca-creix-un-4-per-cent","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 de la Sobrassada de Mallorca creix un 4 per cent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0<b>Sobrassada de Mallorca<\/b>\u00a0IGP ja \u00e9s present a Alimentaria 2024, un dels esdeveniments m\u00e9s importants de la ind\u00fastria d&#8217;aliments i begudes a Europa, que va obrir les portes dia 18 de mar\u00e7, i que es clour\u00e0 avui dijous 21 de mar\u00e7 de 2024 a Barcelona .<\/p>\n<p>En la seva segona jornada de la fira,\u00a0<b>Ant\u00f2nia Maria Torres<\/b>, gerent del Consell Regulador de Sobrassada de Mallorca, ha asegurat que \u201cencara \u00e9s aviat per fer una valoraci\u00f3 de la fira per\u00f2 s\u00ed que podem afirmar que hi ha molt\u00edssima aflu\u00e8ncia de p\u00fablic internacional\u201d, la qual cosa \u00e9s un bon indicador per complir el nostre objectiu quant a exportaci\u00f3\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, Torres explica que els productors de Sobrassada de Mallorca\u00a0<b>han tengut un 2023 fort, pel que fa a dades de comercialitzaci\u00f3<\/b>\u00a0i que han notat una tend\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;al\u00e7a que esperen refor\u00e7ar a Alimentaria 2024. \u00abLa nostra missi\u00f3 \u00e9s impulsar i refor\u00e7ar la Sobrassada de Mallorca, com tamb\u00e9 un sector que necessita mantenir-se com a refer\u00e8ncia de la feina ben feta i apostar per un producte de la m\u00e9s alta qualitat\u00bb, ha afirmat la gerent del Consell Regulador. A m\u00e9s, hi ha afegit, \u201csom en un moment en qu\u00e8 els reptes i les tend\u00e8ncies de la ind\u00fastria estan enfocats en temes com els aliments funcionals, la sostenibilitat i la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>Repte: fer cr\u00e9ixer l&#8217;exportaci\u00f3<br \/>\n<\/b>Des de fa anys Sobrassada de Mallorca t\u00e9 una assignatura pendent amb l&#8217;exportaci\u00f3. \u00abHem passat d&#8217;exportar el 2021 i el 2022 el 2,7% a exportar el 4,1% de la comercialitzaci\u00f3 total el 2023. Unes xifres que pensam que es poden incrementar en un sistema cada cop m\u00e9s sostenible\u00bb, assegura Torres.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, \u201crepresentam la tradici\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica de l&#8217;illa, el saber fer dels mallorquins, que han aconseguit que les seves mans elaborin un producte delici\u00f3s i prestigi a tota la Uni\u00f3 Europea. Els nostres elaboradors s&#8217;han comprom\u00e8s a mantenir el sistema d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i curaci\u00f3 de la Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP tradicional perqu\u00e8 aquest producte continu\u00ef viu i tingui un futur comercial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, Torres destaca que \u201cAlimentaria, i totes les accions que duim a terme al nostre estand, s\u00f3n cada any m\u00e9s importants que mai, ja que \u00e9s una\u00a0<b>oportunitat per donar a con\u00e8ixer, promocionar i expandir el consum i delit de la Sobrassada de Mallorca en \u00e0mbit internacional<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Alimentaria 2024 celebra una de les edicions amb m\u00e9s participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;empreses i professionals internacionals de la seva hist\u00f2ria, un 25% dels 100.000 visitants previstos arribaran de m\u00e9s de 120 pa\u00efsos, aix\u00ed es consolida com a plataforma europea referent del sector.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dades d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i comercialitzaci\u00f3 de 2023<br \/>\n<\/b>Durant el 2023 la producci\u00f3 de Sobrassada de Mallorca va assolir els 2.174.167 quilos de producte, que es reparteixen en 2.060.370 quilos de Sobrassada de Mallorca i 113.797 quilos de Sobrassada de Mallorca de Porc Negre.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el 2023, Sobrassada de Mallorca va consolidar la seva pres\u00e8ncia en mercats amb una comercialitzaci\u00f3 total de 2.103.102 quilos, 1.981.412 quilos de Sobrassada de Mallorca i 121.690 quilos de Sobrassada de Mallorca de Porc Negre.<\/p>\n<p>El 2023 va comen\u00e7ar amb un increment de comercialitzaci\u00f3 de producte que, aix\u00ed com va avan\u00e7ar l&#8217;any, es va estabilitzar en unes xifres molt similars a les de 2022.
