Ha dirigit diverses empreses del sector, la qual cosa li ha perm\u00e8s viatjar a gaireb\u00e9 80 pa\u00efsos.<\/p>\n<p>La seva \u00f2pera prima,\u00a0<em>El vi de l&#8217;alquimista<\/em>, que t\u00e9 com a rerefons el misteri\u00f3s Gurdjieff, uneix la seva passi\u00f3 liter\u00e0ria amb la seva gran afici\u00f3: l&#8217;enologia.<\/p>\n<p>Redacci\u00f3<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>La passi\u00f3 del personatge principal, V\u00edctor Morell, per l&#8217;enologia, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una passi\u00f3 personal de l&#8217;escriptor d&#8217;aquesta novel\u00b7la?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Som un gran afeccionat a l&#8217;enologia i al vi, per\u00f2 no arrib al nivell de V\u00edctor Morell, per qui \u00e9s una aut\u00e8ntica passi\u00f3 i, de fet, el seu\u00a0<em>modus vivendi<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El m\u00f3n de l&#8217;enologia \u00e9s una alqu\u00edmia?<\/strong><br \/>\nUn dels objectius principals dels alquimistes era la pedra filosofal, que pogu\u00e9s convertir en or qualsevol objecte. L&#8217;enologia transforma un aliment, el ra\u00efm, en un producte que es pot considerar un tresor. A m\u00e9s, en molts casos hi ha variables que s&#8217;escapen del control hum\u00e0 i \u00e9s all\u00f2 que fa que aquesta ci\u00e8ncia sigui tan apassionant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 podem esperar de V\u00edctor Morell?<br \/>\n<\/strong>En V\u00edctor \u00e9s una persona que s&#8217;ha acomodat amb els anys. El seu treball li agrada, i l&#8217;enologia \u00e9s la seva passi\u00f3, per\u00f2 es pot considerar un diamant sense polir. En V\u00edctor \u00e9s molt culte, curi\u00f3s i aventurer. Durant la novel\u00b7la s&#8217;obrir\u00e0 a aquestes noves facetes de la seva ess\u00e8ncia, i abandonar\u00e0 la rutina en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;havia instal\u00b7lat des de feia anys.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sou llicenciat en Enginyeria Qu\u00edmica. Qu\u00e8 ha aportat l&#8217;enginyeria qu\u00edmica a aquesta novel\u00b7la?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Tot i que el meu t\u00edtol universitari \u00e9s enginyer qu\u00edmic IQS, en el fons som qu\u00edmic org\u00e0nic, i molts en\u00f2legs v\u00e9nen de la qu\u00edmica. Els processos de transformaci\u00f3 de ra\u00efm en vi s\u00f3n eminentment qu\u00edmics i els descric de manera superficial a la novel\u00b7la.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La hist\u00f2ria i l&#8217;arquitectura s\u00f3n presents al llarg del llibre\u2026 Scala Dei \u00e9s un escenari important, per qu\u00e8?<br \/>\n<\/strong>La hist\u00f2ria, juntament amb els llibres i la m\u00fasica, \u00e9s una de les meves grans passions. Sempre vaig voler ser arque\u00f2leg, per\u00f2 vaig optar per una carrera t\u00e8cnica per les sortides professionals. La novel\u00b7la est\u00e0 molt documentada en temes hist\u00f2rics i descripcions de ciutats i edificis. En el cas de Scala Dei, vaig visitar-ne la cartoixa fa molts anys, quan realment era una ru\u00efna i no hi havia control d&#8217;entrada. L&#8217;impacte que em va produir aquella visita ha estat a la meva mem\u00f2ria i \u00e9s un dels elements que ha impulsat aquesta novel\u00b7la i la seva trama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quina import\u00e0ncia t\u00e9 el personatge de Sofia en aquesta hist\u00f2ria?<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00c9s un personatge molt important en diversos aspectes. Des del punt de vista de l&#8217;aven\u00e7 en la recerca de l&#8217;ampolla, col\u00b7labora decisivament en diversos moments. \u00c9s molt intel\u00b7ligent i coneix b\u00e9 els diferents elements clau a la novel\u00b7la, com la Germandat Sarmoung o els secrets del laboratori Abbey. D&#8217;altra banda, t\u00e9 un rol molt destacat en l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de V\u00edctor com a personatge. El sommelier se sent atret per ella i seguir-la li \u00e9s un est\u00edmul per v\u00e8ncer els seus temors o ansietat i aportar un vessant fins i tot rom\u00e0ntic a la seva personalitat ia la novel\u00b7la en si.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quin \u00e9s el missatge principal que voleu transmetre al lector?<br \/>\n<\/strong>El meu primer objectiu en escriure aquesta novel\u00b7la ha estat sempre que el lector pugui gaudir d&#8217;unes quantes hores de lectura entretinguda i emocionant. Dit aix\u00f2, per a mi \u00e9s important transmetre el missatge que cal treballar per alliberar-se de la personalitat que ens ha imposat el nostre entorn. L&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de V\u00edctor, encara que en un curt per\u00edode de temps, pret\u00e9n exemplificar els ensenyaments del Quart Cam\u00ed de Gurdjieff. Finalment, m&#8217;agradaria despertar l&#8217;inter\u00e8s per l&#8217;enologia i els vins als lectors.
