El\u00a0<strong>primer classificat\u00a0<\/strong>de l&#8217;edici\u00f3 de 2024 ha estat\u00a0<strong>Ariel Mungu\u00eda<\/strong>, que \u00e9s originari d&#8217;Hondures i actualment \u00e9s estudiant del Basque Culinary Center. El\u00a0<strong>plat\u00a0<\/strong>que ha cuinat i que ha sorpr\u00e8s els membres del jurat t\u00e9\u00a0<strong>forma de cranc i l&#8217;ha elaborat amb esp\u00e0rec blanc, gamba vermella, salsa de mantega torrada i yuzu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La final s&#8217;ha celebrat el diumenge 24 de mar\u00e7 a l&#8217;hotel Protur Biomar de sa Coma. Ariel Mungu\u00eda se n&#8217;ha duit un premi de 3.000 \u20ac i un circuit d&#8217;aprenentatge als hotels de Protur. El\u00a0<strong>segon lloc<\/strong>\u00a0ha estat per al mallorqu\u00ed\u00a0<strong>Marc Antich<\/strong>, alumne de l&#8217;IES Puig de Sa Font, que ha guanyat un premi de 1.500 \u20ac i un circuit d&#8217;aprenentatge als hotels de Protur; mentre la\u00a0<strong>tercera posici\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0ha estat per a\u00a0<strong>Ra\u00fcl Molero<\/strong>, alumne del centre de formaci\u00f3 professional Jun\u00edper Serra, que ha obtingut un premi de 1.000 \u20ac i un circuit d&#8217;aprenentatge als hotels Protur.<\/p>\n<p>Els\u00a0<strong>membres del jurat<\/strong>\u00a0han estat: Mario Hoyos, Jonay Hern\u00e1ndez, Miquel Calent, Irene Mart\u00ednez, Santi Taura, Tomeu Mart\u00ed, Bernab\u00e9 Caravotta, David Moreno, Andreu Genestra, Pau Navarro, Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e8s\u00a0i Tomeu Caldentey.<\/p>\n<p>Paral\u00b7lelament, s&#8217;hi ha celebrat la versi\u00f3\u00a0infantil del concurs,\u00a0<strong>Protur Chef Kids<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>Els sis participants han estat: Gretel P\u00e9rez, S\u00edlvia Sastre, Agn\u00e8s Obrador, Malena Rubio, Sofia Madrigal i Anastasia Tzavachisvili.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>guanyadora\u00a0<\/strong>ha estat\u00a0<strong>Malena Rubio<\/strong>, premiada amb un taller de cuina amb Tomeu Caldentey i un assortiment de material de cuina.
