{"id":88513,"date":"2024-05-02T08:05:42","date_gmt":"2024-05-02T06:05:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/neix-la-primera-catedra-de-la-sobrassada-de-mallorca"},"modified":"2024-05-02T08:05:42","modified_gmt":"2024-05-02T06:05:42","slug":"neix-la-primera-catedra-de-la-sobrassada-de-mallorca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/neix-la-primera-catedra-de-la-sobrassada-de-mallorca","title":{"rendered":"Neix la primera C\u00e0tedra de la Sobrassada de Mallorca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Universitat de les Illes Balears i el Consell Regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3 Espec\u00edfica amb Indicaci\u00f3 Geogr\u00e0fica Protegida Sobrassada de Mallorca han signat un conveni per a la creaci\u00f3 de la C\u00e0tedra Sobrassada de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta c\u00e0tedra t\u00e9 per objecte\u00a0<strong>dur a terme activitats docents, d\u2019estudi, de recerca i de transfer\u00e8ncia de coneixement en relaci\u00f3 amb la sobrassada de Mallorca<\/strong>\u00a0i els aspectes vinculats a aquest producte i el seu entorn.<\/p>\n<p>Entre els\u00a0<strong>objectius principals\u00a0<\/strong>hi ha els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoci\u00f3 de la formaci\u00f3 i la capacitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estudiants i professionals en relaci\u00f3 amb la sobrassada de Mallorca, incloses les caracter\u00edstiques, l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, els processos d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3, la qualitat i les normatives associades.<\/li>\n<li>Foment de la investigaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica i t\u00e8cnica al voltant de la sobrassada de Mallorca i altres aliments relacionats per millorar-ne la producci\u00f3, conservaci\u00f3, qualitat, seguretat aliment\u00e0ria i aspectes nutricionals.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitaci\u00f3 de la transfer\u00e8ncia de coneixement i tecnologia entre l&#8217;acad\u00e8mia i el sector empresarial per promoure la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la innovaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estudis i an\u00e0lisis de mercat per identificar oportunitats de promoci\u00f3 i comercialitzaci\u00f3 de la sobrassada de Mallorca i altres productes relacionats.<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolupament de programes de divulgaci\u00f3 i promoci\u00f3 de la sobrassada de Mallorca a escala nacional i internacional per destacar-ne els atributs culturals, gastron\u00f2mics i de qualitat.<\/li>\n<li>Establiment de canals de comunicaci\u00f3 i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb institucions i organismes relacionats amb l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, la gastronomia i la promoci\u00f3 de productes locals i tradicionals.<\/li>\n<li>Impuls a la innovaci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament de nous productes i processos que puguin potenciar l&#8217;oferta de la sobrassada de Mallorca i el seu posicionament al mercat.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuci\u00f3 al desenvolupament econ\u00f2mic i social de la Comunitat, promoure la generaci\u00f3 d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3, el foment de l\u2019activitat empresarial i l\u2019impuls del turisme gastron\u00f2mic.<\/li>\n<li>Establiment d\u2019aliances estrat\u00e8giques amb altres entitats, tant nacionals com internacionals, que permetin potenciar la visibilitat i la projecci\u00f3 de la C\u00e0tedra i les activitats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amb la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta nova C\u00e0tedra de la Sobrassada s\u2019espera contribuir a la recerca i la promoci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest producte gastron\u00f2mic de les Illes Balears.
