{"id":89956,"date":"2024-08-01T09:22:24","date_gmt":"2024-08-01T07:22:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/la-conselleria-de-salut-i-la-guardia-civil-precinten-22-palets-daliments-caducats"},"modified":"2024-08-01T09:22:24","modified_gmt":"2024-08-01T07:22:24","slug":"la-conselleria-de-salut-i-la-guardia-civil-precinten-22-palets-daliments-caducats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/la-conselleria-de-salut-i-la-guardia-civil-precinten-22-palets-daliments-caducats","title":{"rendered":"La conselleria de Salut i la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil precinten 22 palets d&#8217;aliments caducats"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Gu\u00e0rdia Civil en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb inspectors de la Conselleria de Salut, ha dut a terme l\u2019operaci\u00f3 Quick-Frozen, destinada a controlar la comercialitzaci\u00f3 de productes amb la data de consum preferent expirada.<\/p>\n<p>Arran d&#8217;una investigaci\u00f3 policial, es va tenir coneixement que a\u00a0<strong>diversos establiments alimentaris de Mallorca s&#8217;estava comercialitzant productes que havien superat la data de consum preferent<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, la setmana passada es van fer\u00a0<strong>cinc inspeccions conjuntes a establiments relacionats amb la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria (producci\u00f3, distribuci\u00f3 i venda), a hotels i establiments d\u2019hostaleria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>primera inspecci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0va tenir lloc a les instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;una empresa encarregada de l&#8217;emmagatzematge frigor\u00edfic i distribuci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments ultracongelats. S\u2019hi van\u00a0<strong>immobilitzar i precintar m\u00e9s de 14 palets<\/strong>\u00a0de productes amb la data de consum preferent i de caducitat depassada. A m\u00e9s, no tenien la documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria de la tra\u00e7abilitat d&#8217;aquests productes, per la qual cosa es va ordenar la suspensi\u00f3 de l&#8217;activitat de distribuci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>segona inspecci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0va ser realitzada en un establiment hoteler on es van trobar,\u00a0<strong>immobilitzar i precintar 8 palets\u00a0<\/strong>de productes amb la data de consum preferent expirada.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>darrera inspecci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0va tenir lloc en un establiment l&#8217;activitat del qual est\u00e0 dedicada a l&#8217;especejament, envasament i emmagatzematge frigor\u00edfic de productes carnis frescs. Es va constatar que la cambra frigor\u00edfica estava espatllada i no funcionava des de feia mesos, i\u00a0<strong>utilitzaven un tr\u00e0iler amb plataforma frigor\u00edfica de congelaci\u00f3 amb aquesta finalitat, per la qual cosa es va precintar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per tot aix\u00f2, els propietaris d\u2019aquests comer\u00e7os i establiments alimentaris han estat proposats per a sancions d&#8217;acord amb la Llei 17\/2011 de seguretat aliment\u00e0ria i nutrici\u00f3. Les infraccions detectades podrien ser tipificades com a greus i lleus.
