S\u00f3n els tacos vegetals d&#8217;enciam, que han esdevingut un cl\u00e0ssic de Bot\u00e0nic, el primer restaurant Plant Forward de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>Dissenyats per compartir, especialment entre les parelles, representen a la perfecci\u00f3 el lema #<em>greenisthenewsexy<\/em>\u00a0que va acompanyar l&#8217;obertura de Bot\u00e0nic, i que continua essent el principal objectiu d&#8217;aquest restaurant liderat pel xef\u00a0<strong>Andreu Ben\u00edtez<\/strong>: fer dels vegetals un producte divertit, sorprenent i molt sexy.<\/p>\n<p>N&#8217;hi ha de 3 tipus: de pop, amanit amb causa limenya, maonesa d&#8217;aj\u00ed groc i ceba envinagrada; de secret ib\u00e8ric, que s&#8217;acompanya amb trossets de pinya i una ensaladeta de ceba, coriandre i menta; i vegetari\u00e0, que t\u00e9 mongeta i edamame, i est\u00e0 trempat amb salsa vietnamita, pinya i herbes.<\/p>\n<p>Es poden menjar com a entrant, o formant part de les rutes (men\u00fa de degustaci\u00f3) que Bot\u00e0nic suggereix als que cerquen endinsar-se r\u00e0pidament a la seva filosofia #<em>plantforward<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Si tens previst organitzar un divertit sopar entre amics, o preparar una trobada rom\u00e0ntica i seductora amb la teva parella, Bot\u00e0nic \u00e9s el lloc ideal per fer-ho, i els tacos vegetals d&#8217;enciam el millor aliat perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia resulti tot un \u00e8xit.<\/p>\n<p>Preu: 18 euros (vegetari\u00e0), 20 euros (de pop) i 22 euros (de secret ib\u00e8ric).<\/p>\n<p>Obert de dilluns a diumenge, des les 13 fins a les 15.30 hores; i de les 19 fins a les 22 hores.
