{"id":92046,"date":"2024-10-23T10:17:56","date_gmt":"2024-10-23T08:17:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/tapalma-2024-es-perfila-com-la-millor-edicio-de-la-seva-historia"},"modified":"2024-10-23T10:18:36","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T08:18:36","slug":"tapalma-2024-es-perfila-com-la-millor-edicio-de-la-seva-historia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/tapalma-2024-es-perfila-com-la-millor-edicio-de-la-seva-historia","title":{"rendered":"TaPalma 2024 es perfila com la \u00abmillor edici\u00f3 de la seva hist\u00f2ria\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La\u00a0<strong>cita gastron\u00f2mica\u00a0<\/strong>m\u00e9s important del panorama balear,\u00a0<strong>TaPalma Mallorca 2024<\/strong>, s&#8217;ha presentat aquesta setmana a l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment, organitzat per AgenciaCom i Restauraci\u00f3 Mallorca CAEB, i patrocinat per l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma, Trasmed, Passion for Palma i la Fundaci\u00f3 Mallorca Turisme, t\u00e9 la finalitat de dinamitzar la ciutat durant uns dies gr\u00e0cies al sector de la restauraci\u00f3 i posicionar Mallorca, i molt concretament la seva capital, com a punt neur\u00e0lgic de la gastronomia de l&#8217;Estat.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta nova edici\u00f3, que reunir\u00e0 els millors cuiners i b\u00e0rmans de l&#8217;illa, celebrar\u00e0 el\u00a0<strong>concurs de tapes i c\u00f2ctels el 25 de novembre al Palau de Congressos de Palma<\/strong>, mentre que\u00a0<strong>la ruta es dur\u00e0 a terme del 27 de novembre a l&#8217;1 de desembre<\/strong>\u00a0a diferents barris de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>El director general d&#8217;AgenciaCom i organitzador de TaPalma 2024,\u00a0<strong>Antoni Martorell<\/strong>, ha assegurat que enguany es perfila com la \u00abmillor edici\u00f3 de la seva hist\u00f2ria\u00bb. Hi ha molts de motius, ha afegit, \u00abper\u00f2 comptar amb el suport de totes les institucions i marques que ens acompanyen, que es retransmeti per IB3 TV en directe, que les associacions d&#8217;hotelers (AHP i ASHPAMA ) de la ciutat s&#8217;hagin implicat tant, i la visita d&#8217;ag\u00e8ncies de viatges de la pen\u00ednsula durant el dia del concurs per con\u00e8ixer el producte i el dest\u00ed, auguren una molt bona edici\u00f3 per continuar promocionant Palma i la seva gastronomia en temporada baixa i durant tot l&#8217;any\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El batle de Palma,\u00a0<strong>Jaime Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, ha destacat que TaPalma, en la seva dinovena edici\u00f3, s&#8217;ha consolidat com un referent a la ciutat. \u00abLa gastronomia \u00e9s protagonista a Palma, i des de l&#8217;Ajuntament donam suport i impulsam aquests esdeveniments que valoren el talent i la creativitat dels nostres professionals\u00bb, ha assenyalat. Per a Mart\u00ednez, TaPalma s&#8217;alinea amb l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia del consistori per promoure un turisme de qualitat que diversifiqui l&#8217;oferta i reforci el model de ciutat basat en la cultura, l&#8217;esport, el medi ambient i, per descomptat, la gastronomia.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva part,\u00a0<strong>Miguel Pardo<\/strong>, director de Relacions Institucionals de Trasmed, ha animat la ciutadania d&#8217;altres municipis i de la resta d&#8217;illes a participar-hi. \u00abLa gastronomia, i en particular la tapa, \u00e9s un mitj\u00e0 de connexi\u00f3 interpersonal. Continuarem connectant la pen\u00ednsula amb les Balears i volem dur tanta gent com sigui possible a aquesta ruta gastron\u00f2mica de primer nivell\u00bb, ha afirmat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inscripcions de bars i restaurants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les inscripcions per als bars i restaurants que vulguin participar, tant en el concurs com en la ruta, continuen obertes i\u00a0<strong>s&#8217;hi podran inscriure<\/strong>\u00a0si emplenen el\u00a0<strong>formulari d&#8217;inscripci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0que trobaran al web\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tapalma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">tapalma.com<\/a>\u00a0(971 432220)\u00a0<strong>fins al 31 d&#8217;octubre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des del jurat del concurs,\u00a0<strong>Igor Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, xef d&#8217;El Bandarra i president del jurat de TaPalma, ha recordat que les inscripcions pels bars, restaurants, cocteleries i cafeteries que vulguin participar en el concurs i a la ruta estan obertes a la web de TaPalma (<a href=\"http:\/\/tapalma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">tapalma.com<\/a>) i ha animat tots els cuiners i restaurants a inscriure&#8217;s en el que considera \u00abla festa gastron\u00f2mica m\u00e9s important de la ciutat i un portal de visibilitat molt gran pels negocis del sector de la restauraci\u00f3 en general.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>El president de la Federaci\u00f3 Empresarial de Restauraci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears,\u00a0<strong>Alfonso Robledo<\/strong>, ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia de TaPalma al novembre, un dels mesos m\u00e9s fluixos per a la restauraci\u00f3. \u00abAquest esdeveniment ajuda a dinamitzar la ciutat, incentiva que la gent surti i genera activitat i feina.
