Concretament es podran tastar els vins de<strong>\u00a037 cellers<\/strong>\u00a0d\u2019arreu de Mallorca, una mostra de la riquesa i diversitat vitivin\u00edcola de l\u2019illa.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte obrir\u00e0 portes a les 13 hores fins a la una de la matinada.\u00a0<strong>L\u2019acc\u00e9s \u00e9s lliure<\/strong>, amb\u00a0<strong>aforament limitat<\/strong>. Vi de la Terra Mallorca distribuir\u00e0 copes de vidre a 2 \u20ac i cada copa de vi en costar\u00e0 tres. Tamb\u00e9 hi haur\u00e0 tallers enogastron\u00f2mics, que reuniran alguns dels sommeliers i cuiners m\u00e9s destacats de l\u2019illa, en una experiencia de maridatge \u00fanica.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00fasica ser\u00e0 un altre dels atractius d&#8217;aquesta cita perqu\u00e8 hi participaran artistes d&#8217;estil diversos ((electr\u00f2nica, indie, d\u2019arrel tradicional, ecl\u00e8ctica, urbana) com ara\u00a0<strong>Avalanx\u00a0<\/strong>(Menorca),\u00a0<strong>Aina Losange<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Pitxorines\u00a0<\/strong>i els incombustibles\u00a0<strong>Cacao<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Chitowsky\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>Esburbat DJ<\/strong>, aquest darrer \u00e9s el nom art\u00edstic d&#8217;Albert Dols, que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s viticultor.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;horari de les actuacions musicals \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pitxorines 14:00-15:30 h<\/li>\n<li>Wine DJ\u2019s 15:30-18:00 h<\/li>\n<li>Cacao 18:00-19:30 h<\/li>\n<li>Avalanx 19:30-20:45 h<\/li>\n<li>Chitowsky 21:00-23:30 h<\/li>\n<li>Aina Losange 23:30-01:00 h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tasts enogastron\u00f2mics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els tallers enogastron\u00f2mics s\u00f3n una de les novetats m\u00e9s destacades de la novena edici\u00f3 del Ra\u00efm Wine Fest. Hi haur\u00e0 tres tallers, concretament dos de plats salats i un de dol\u00e7, que aniran a c\u00e0rrec de tres parelles excepcionals de sommeliers i cuiners.<\/p>\n<p>El sommelier<strong>\u00a0Josep Maria Juh\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0i el xef\u00a0<strong>Miquel Serra<\/strong>\u00a0oferiran dues elaboracions maridades amb vins negres monovarietals, una elaborada amb mantonegro i una altra amb gorgollassa. D\u2019altra banda, el sommelier<strong>\u00a0Josep Avell\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0i el cuiner\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Arbona<\/strong>\u00a0maridaran dos plats m\u00e9s amb vins blancs monovarietals de gir\u00f3 ros. I el tercer maridatge anir\u00e0 a c\u00e0rrec de la sommelier\u00a0<strong>Georgia Scaramella<\/strong>\u00a0i la xef\u00a0<strong>Ariadna Salvador,<\/strong>\u00a0experta en pastisseria, que oferiran dues elaboracions dolces maridades amb un vi blanc semidol\u00e7 de la varietat premsal blanc i un vi negre monovarietal de callet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Horari<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per poder assistir a aquests tallers enogastron\u00f2mics, Vi de la Terra Mallorca oferir\u00e0 120 places en total \u201360 entrades dobles- a partir d\u2019aquest dimecres, 6 de novembre, per a les persones interessades. Aquestes hauran d\u2019emplenar un formulari que trobaran a la plana web\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vtmallorca.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/vtmallorca.com\/<\/a>\u00a0i les places disponibles s\u2019adjudicaran per ordre de sol\u00b7licitud.
