Un any m\u00e9s, tornen les jornades gastron\u00f2miques Alar\u00f3 cuina amb bolets que tendran lloc\u00a0<strong>del 22 de novembre fins al 8 de desembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tant el batle d&#8217;Alar\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>Lloren\u00e7 Perell\u00f3<\/strong>, com\u00a0 la regidora de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica,\u00a0<strong>Cati Cifre<\/strong>, juntament amb\u00a0<strong>Jaume Maura<\/strong>, del restaurant Traffic, destaquen l&#8217;\u00e8xit d&#8217;aquesta cita que va comen\u00e7ar l&#8217;any 2008\u00a0i que s&#8217;ha celebrat de forma intermitent: \u00abEls darrers anys s&#8217;ha consolidat i \u00e9s un esdeveniment esperat per molta de\u00a0gent\u00bb, remarquen.<\/p>\n<p>Durant aquestes setmanes els restaurants locals\u00a0<strong>continuaran oferint els plats que tenen en carta, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 inclouran altres propostes amb bolets<\/strong>\u00a0que poden ser des d\u2019un berenar fins a plats m\u00e9s elaborats. Alguns dels establiments repeteixen els plats, any rere any, perqu\u00e8 els seus clients els el demanen i altres renoven la carta cada temporada.<\/p>\n<p>El batle\u00a0Perell\u00f3 ha indica que \u00abdes de l&#8217;Ajuntament pretenem que aquestes jornades siguin tamb\u00e9 una excusa perqu\u00e8 la gent s&#8217;acosti fins a Alar\u00f3 per gaudir de tot el que podem oferir al nostre poble, com ara comer\u00e7, patrimoni, paisatge i, evidentment, gastronomia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Els\u00a0<strong>restaurants participants\u00a0<\/strong>en aquesta\u00a0<strong>edici\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>2024\u00a0<\/strong>s\u00f3n: Es Xiringo, Traffic, Can Punta, Bar Sa Pla\u00e7a, Artiga, Terra Mar &amp; Foc, Squash Alar\u00f3, Bar Gent Gran, Avinguda, Can Petit, El Trastero i Simons. Tamb\u00e9 hi col.labora la cervesa local Forastera.
