{"id":92791,"date":"2024-12-04T13:08:36","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T12:08:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/idees-per-preparar-el-dinar-de-nadal-sense-passar-un-dia-sencer-a-la-cuina"},"modified":"2024-12-04T13:08:36","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T12:08:36","slug":"idees-per-preparar-el-dinar-de-nadal-sense-passar-un-dia-sencer-a-la-cuina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/idees-per-preparar-el-dinar-de-nadal-sense-passar-un-dia-sencer-a-la-cuina","title":{"rendered":"Idees per preparar el dinar de Nadal sense passar un dia sencer a la cuina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Per Nadal, a molta de gent li agrada mantenir el costum de cuinar un men\u00fa tradicional fet a casa, per\u00f2 preparar-lo pot implicar moltes hores, sovint un dia sencer de feina i, avui dia,\u00a0<strong>poques persones poden disposar del temps necessari per cuinar<\/strong>\u00a0tots els plats al darrer moment.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la Federaci\u00f3 Av\u00edcola Catalana (FAC) proposen un men\u00fa tradicional de Nadal i expliquem\u00a0<strong>com el podeu preparar en els dies anteriors perqu\u00e8 el dia assenyalat tot quedi perfecte<\/strong>\u00a0i pugueu gaudir del Nadal i de la fam\u00edlia sense passar llargues hores a la cuina.<\/p>\n<p>Al men\u00fa tradicional de Nadal no hi falta l\u2019escudella i sobretot, una au al plat principal.\u00a0<strong>La tradici\u00f3 de cuinar aviram per Nadal t\u00e9 arrels molt antigues<\/strong>\u00a0i per aquestes dates a les carnisseries i a les parades dels mercats es poden trobar moltes aus diferents, com ara el pollastre, l&#8217;indiot, el cap\u00f3, la pularda, l\u2019\u00e0nec, la guatlera, la perdiu o la pintada, que s\u00f3n la mat\u00e8ria primera imprescindible per a elaborar el rostit de Nadal amb productes frescos, de proximitat i de la m\u00e0xima qualitat.\u00a0Les aus s\u00f3n sense dubte la millor opci\u00f3 pels \u00e0pats m\u00e9s assenyalats, at\u00e8s que permeten fer plats exquisits i molt vistosos a preus moderats.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.federacioavicola.org\/aquest-nadal-aviram-mes-que-mai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">En aquest enlla\u00e7, hi teniu les particularitats de cada carn<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa de Nadal per a persones ocupades<br \/>\n<\/strong>Podeu comen\u00e7ar a cuinar el cap de setmana anterior a Nadal. Us recomanam que faceu una llista detallada de tots els ingredients i que aneu a comprar amb antelaci\u00f3. La carn, especialment l\u2019au pel plat principal, la podeu comanar\u00a0a l&#8217;establiment de confian\u00e7a amb temps i anar-la a recollir el dia que les hagueu de preparar.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 us ser\u00e0 \u00fatil con\u00e8ixer el temp m\u00e0xim de conservaci\u00f3 dels aliments a la gelera per si els heu de congelar.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/saia.es\/ca\/quant-duren-els-aliments-en-la-nevera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">En aquest enlla\u00e7 trobareu indicacions per la majoria d\u2019aliments<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELS ENTRANTS<br \/>\n<\/strong>El dinar de Nadal sol ser abundant i no \u00e9s imprescindible acompanyar-lo d\u2019uns entrants, per\u00f2 si us agrada la idea de fer-ne, us donam algunes idees que tenen el punt ideal de sofisticaci\u00f3 i es poden fer amb antelaci\u00f3. Les taules d\u2019embotits, els formatges i els pat\u00e9s i foie-gras s\u00f3n opcions adequades i no necessiten preparaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Canap\u00e8s d\u2019ous\u00a0passats per aigua (poch\u00e9) de guatlla i pernil d\u2019\u00e0nec<\/strong>: la part m\u00e9s laboriosa, que \u00e9s coure i pelar els ous, la pots fer fins 5 dies abans i guardar-los fins a 5 dies a la gelera en aigua salada a l\u20191%, deixant-los a temperatura ambient el dia de Nadal. Recorda coure els ous nom\u00e9s 2 minuts perqu\u00e8 quedi el rovell crem\u00f3s, i un cop muntats els canap\u00e8s feis un tall a cada ou perqu\u00e8 ragi part del rovell. Quedar\u00e0 espectacular!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terrina freda de salm\u00f3<\/strong>: amb un motlle rectangular de pastisseria, salm\u00f3 fumat i crema de formatge fresc amb anet pots fer de manera f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pida un past\u00eds fred que es conservar\u00e0 fins a 5 dies a la gelera.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Olivada amb anxoves<\/strong>: podeu comprar-la feta o fer-la a casa amb olives negres o pansides, anxoves i oli d\u2019oliva verge extra. Serveix amb torrades al costat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lombarda de Nadal amb pinyons torrat<\/strong>s: vistosa i f\u00e0cil de preparar, nom\u00e9s heu de saltejar una juliana de col lombarda amb ceba i panses, aromatitzada amb vi ranci, que es conservar\u00e0 fins a 4 dies a la nevera. Pot ser un entrant o una guarnici\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LA SOPA O L\u2019ESCUDELLA<br \/>\n<\/strong>De l\u2019escudella i l\u2019olla de Nadal, hi ha tantes variants com persones i fam\u00edlies. Hi ha qui prefereix la sopa de galets amb pilotes o sense i hi ha cases on se serveix tota l\u2019olla. En aquest cas, si es vol fer un segon plat pot ser bona idea fer-lo m\u00e9s lleuger.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019escudella i carn d\u2019olla de Nadal es pot cuinar el cap de setmana abans de Nadal o m\u00e9s aviat. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de 4 dies, \u00e9s millor conservar al congelador i per separat el brou, la carn d\u2019olla triada pr\u00e8viament i els llegums, descartant les verdures. Un dia abans, posau a descongelar a la nevera els ingredients que servireu per Nadal. El mateix dia de Nadal escalfau la pilota o la carn d\u2019olla amb el brou i colau-lo de nou per la sopa o l\u2019escudella.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EL ROSTIT<br \/>\n<\/strong>L\u2019au rostida sencera \u00e9s el plat de Nadal per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia. El rod\u00f3 d\u2019au \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 una bona opci\u00f3, a les carnisseries i polleries en trobar\u00e0s moltes opcions amb farcits diferents. Aqu\u00ed\u00a0en teniu un parell d\u2019idees, per\u00f2 les possibilitats amb l\u2019aviram s\u00f3n molt\u00edssimes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cap\u00f3 farcit de Nadal<\/strong>: tamb\u00e9 galpot ser un pollastre o un indiot (tamb\u00e9 dit gall dindi), en funci\u00f3 del nombre de comensals. El farciment el podeu preparar dies abans amb carn magra, salsitxes a trossos i fruites seques, i conservar-lo a la nevera o al congelador. Comanau un cap\u00f3 a la botiga, preparat per farcir per\u00f2 conservau-ne la carcassa, per anar a recollir-lo el dia 23. El 24 al mat\u00ed posau-lo en un recipient prou gran, submergit en una salmorra al 10%, amb herbes arom\u00e0tiques i el suc d\u2019una llimona, i deixau-lo a la gelera. Aquest procediment deixar\u00e0 l\u2019au tendra i sucosa encara que la cocci\u00f3 es faci sense farciment, una de les funcions del qual \u00e9s evitar que la carn quedi eixuta. El dia de Nadal al mat\u00ed eixugau b\u00e9 el cap\u00f3 i rostiu-lo al forn o a la cassola, condimentat i adobat. No caldr\u00e0 que l\u2019hi poseu sal, at\u00e8s que tindr\u00e0 el punt ideal d\u2019haver estat dins la salmorra. El farciment, un cop descongelat el podeu escalfar en una paella just abans de servir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tall rod\u00f3 d\u2019au<\/strong>: aquest elaborat es fa amb carn d\u2019au desossada, enrotllada i lligada, i es pot farcir amb una gran varietat d\u2019ingredients. \u00c9s una opci\u00f3 molt pr\u00e0ctica si teniu poc temps per cuinar, at\u00e8s que es pot congelar cru i cuinar-lo el mateix dia de Nadal, o b\u00e9 cuinar-lo i desar a la gelera fins a 3 dies o congelar-lo fins al dia 24. El rod\u00f3 d\u2019au es pot preparar igual que la pe\u00e7a d\u2019au sencera, aromatitzat amb herbes, esp\u00e8cies i vi o licor, i acompanyar-lo d\u2019un pur\u00e9 de poma i cebetes confitades, que s\u00f3n guarnicions que es poden preparar uns dies abans i que tamb\u00e9 pots fer per acompanyar el cap\u00f3 rostit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com podeu veure, \u00e9s ben f\u00e0cil de preparar un aut\u00e8ntic dinar de Nadal: nom\u00e9s heu de cuinar a estones i tenir una bona organitzaci\u00f3.
