{"id":98214,"date":"2025-12-18T10:08:03","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T09:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/lanyada-doli-de-mallorca-denguany-es-excepcional"},"modified":"2025-12-18T10:08:03","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T09:08:03","slug":"lanyada-doli-de-mallorca-denguany-es-excepcional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/lanyada-doli-de-mallorca-denguany-es-excepcional","title":{"rendered":"\u00abL&#8217;anyada d&#8217;oli de Mallorca d&#8217;enguany \u00e9s excepcional\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Casal Solleric ha acollit aquesta setmana, concretament dilluns, la presentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019oli novell d&#8217;enguany, acte amb qu\u00e8 la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca anuncia l\u2019arribada dels primers olis d\u2019oliva verge extra de la collita de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre aquesta anyada, el president del consell regulador,\u00a0<strong>Joan Mayol<\/strong>, ha explicat als assistents que \u00abtot i que ha estat una campanya notablement millor que la de l\u2019any passat quant a volum de quilos d\u2019oliva recol\u00b7lectada, e<strong>l rendiment obtingut pels productors ha sigut baix<\/strong>, aix\u00f2 s\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>la qualitat dels olis \u00e9s excel\u00b7lent<\/strong>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Mayol ha destacat tamb\u00e9 les magn\u00edfiques qualitats que ofereix l\u2019oli novell, l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra acabat d\u2019elaborar, el qual comen\u00e7a a arribar a mercats i establiments en aquestes dates, just a temps per poder gaudir-lo en les festivitats que s\u2019aproximen.<\/p>\n<p>Els assistents a la presentaci\u00f3, entre ells Joan Simonet, conseller d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural; Joan Llabr\u00e9s, director general de Qualitat Agroaliment\u00e0ria i Producte Local; Guadalupe Ferrer, regidora d\u2019Econom\u00eda, Comer\u00e7, Aut\u00f2noms i Restauraci\u00f3 de l\u2019Ajuntament de Palma, com tamb\u00e9 elaboradors, productors i membres del consell rector, han pogut tastar diferents refer\u00e8ncies d\u2019entre els m\u00e9s de dotze olis d\u2019oliva verge extra (OOVE) obtinguts d\u2019<strong>olives\u00a0de les varietats arbequina, piqual, mallorquina i empeltre<\/strong>, que s\u00f3n les castes autoritzades per la DO Oli de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta campanya de 2025, les<strong>\u00a0onze tafones inscrites ja han rebut m\u00e9s de 5.000 tones d\u2019oliva provinents de plantacions de m\u00e9s de 700 olivicultors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Amb xifres com aquesta, podria ser que la\u00a0<strong>vintena d\u2019envasadores i m\u00e9s d\u2019un centenar de marques autoritzades disposin<\/strong>\u00a0de devers de\u00a0<strong>mig mili\u00f3 de litres d\u2019OOVE\u00a0<\/strong>per comercialitzar-lo sota el distintiu de qualitat diferenciada.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019Oli Novell ha comptat amb el suport de la Conselleria d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, Ministeri d&#8217;Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 i la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joan Mayol, president de la DO Oli de Mallorca, tamb\u00e9 explica que el rendiment de l&#8217;oliva&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":98206,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1003,1477],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-98214","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es","category-reportatges-i-novetats-es","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":[98203,98207],"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
