{"id":71915,"date":"2014-01-22T19:37:41","date_gmt":"2014-01-22T18:37:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/recepta-damargos"},"modified":"2014-01-22T19:37:41","modified_gmt":"2014-01-22T18:37:41","slug":"recepta-damargos","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/recepta\/recepta-damargos","title":{"rendered":"Recepta d&#8217;amargos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients per a 12-14 amargos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g d\u2019ametles crues m\u00f2ltes<\/li>\n<li>12-14 ametles crues senceres<\/li>\n<li>210 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>2 blancs d\u2019ou<\/li>\n<li>la pell de \u00bd llimona ratllada<\/li>\n<li>un pessic de canyella (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per fer la recepta d&#8217;amargos, mesclau l\u2019ametlla, el sucre i un blanc d\u2019ou un poc remenat amb una forqueta, per\u00f2 no pujat.<\/p>\n<p>Folrau una llauna amb paper sulfuritzat.<\/p>\n<p>Bateu un poc l\u2019altre blanc d\u2019ou amb la forqueta.<\/p>\n<p>Enceneu el forn a 170\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>Formau bolletes amb la pasta d\u2019ametla. Untau-les amb el blanc d\u2019ou remenat i col\u00b7locau damunt cada bolla una ametla crua, pressionant nom\u00e9s una mica.<\/p>\n<p>En ser calent el forn, enfornau la llauna i coeu els amargos durant 15-20 minuts, o fins que es daurin.<\/p>\n<p>Treis-los del forn, deixau-los refredar completament damunt la llauna i guardau-los en pots de vidre o de llauna herm\u00e8tics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important que no els toqueu de damunt la llauna fins que no siguin freds, perqu\u00e8 si s\u00f3n encara calents es rompen
