Despr\u00e9s, afegir un pebrot verd gran, un pebrot vermell mitj\u00e0 i una dent d&#8217;all matxacada amb una cullerada de julivert. Quan tot estigui fregit, afegir una culleradeta de pebre vermell i quatre cullerades de tom\u00e0quet triturat. Quan el tom\u00e0quet hagi perdut l&#8217;aigua, afegir 5 tassetes de caf\u00e8 d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i dos ceps mitjans tallats a dauets i remoure. Afegir tres parts d&#8217;aigua per cada una d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i uns brins de safr\u00e0.
