{"id":72684,"date":"2013-07-21T01:01:16","date_gmt":"2013-07-20T23:01:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/brownie-de-xocolata-blanca-amb-salsa-de-gerds"},"modified":"2022-04-09T11:55:55","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T09:55:55","slug":"brownie-de-xocolata-blanca-amb-salsa-de-gerds","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/recepta\/brownie-de-xocolata-blanca-amb-salsa-de-gerds","title":{"rendered":"Brownie de xocolata blanca amb salsa de gerds"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75 g de mantega<\/li>\n<li>250 g de xocolata de postre per fondre<\/li>\n<li>3 ous<\/li>\n<li>75 g de farina<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre moreno<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp rasa de llevat qu\u00edmic tipus Royal (tsp = Cullera de postre, important utilitzar les culleres mesuradores est\u00e0ndards)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp de vainilla en sucre (tsp = Cullera de postre, important utilitzar les culleres mesuradores est\u00e0ndards)<\/li>\n<li>100 g de nous esmicolades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salsa de gerds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g de gerds<br \/>\n70 g de sucre<br \/>\n2 tbs (tbs = cullera sopera est\u00e0ndard) de Maicena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\nEn una olla petita posem la xocolata i la fonem, per\u00f2 amb molt de compte de que no bulli. Quan la xocolata estigui desfeta, afegim la mantega i la fonem.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop fos, ho posem en un bol hi afegim la farina i el llevat qu\u00edmic tamisat, si no teniu tamisador ho podeu passar per un colador petit. Ho batem amb un batedor de varetes manual fins que sigui una massa homog\u00e8nia.<\/p>\n<p>Anirem afegint el sucre i la vainilla poc a poc mentre seguim removent. \u00c9s molt important que el brownie \u00e9s faci a m\u00e0, sense passar la batedora el\u00e8ctrica, per tal d\u2019aconseguir la textura adequada.<\/p>\n<p>Hi afegim els ous batuts pr\u00e8viament i seguim removent.<\/p>\n<p>Quan tots els ingredients estiguin integrats en la massa (o quan dius \u201cJa no em sento la m\u00e0 de tant remenar!\u201d), afegim les nous esmicolades i tornem a barrejar.<\/p>\n<p>Per \u00faltim, untem una safata amb una mica de mantega i un polsim de farina perqu\u00e8 no s\u2019ens enganxi. Afegim la massa i ho posem la forn a 180 graus aproximadament (ja sabeu que cada forn \u00e9s un m\u00f3n!) durant 30 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Desfem xocolata blanc i el tirem per sobre el brownie.<\/p>\n<p>Per la salsa de gerds, calentem a foc lent els ingredients de la salsa en una olla i anem removent amb una batedora de varetes de m\u00e0 fins que es faci pur\u00e9. Quan tingui la textura adequada la deixem refredar i la posem a la nevera.<\/p>\n<p>Per servir-lo li posarem per sobre la salsa de gerds que li donar\u00e0 un toc
