Bull els ous amb antelaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 done temps que es refreden. Posa\u2019ls al foc en un cass\u00f3 amb aigua i cou durant 20 minuts calculats des del principi \u00f3 10 minuts des que comence a bullir l\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p>2. Quan s\u2019hagen refredat els ous, tall\u2019ls a trossets menuts o ratlla\u2019ls.<\/p>\n<p>3. Talla les tomaques a dauets. Si vols, tamb\u00e9 els pots escaldar i treure les llavors, aix\u00f2 va al gust.<\/p>\n<p>4. Talla els salaons. La varietat de salaons i la quantitat tamb\u00e9 fica-la al teu gust. Aqui hem posat bacallar, anxoves, salm\u00f3 marinat i moixama. Tamb\u00e9 en compte de salaons podries posar tonyina o pernil salat. En aquesta foto mostrem la quantitat per a una raci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>5. Per \u00faltim prepara els alls tendres. Treu-los les arrels i la primera capa i talla\u2019s a rodanxetes. Posa oli a un paella i fregeix-los amb una mica de sal. Vigila que no es cremen perqu\u00e8 amargarien. Quan estiguen fets, posa\u2019ls en un colador per treure l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019oli i reserva.<\/p>\n<p>6. Munta l\u2019amanida: la pots servir en un plat gran i que cadasc\u00fa se servisca o b\u00e9 en gotets individuals com a la foto. V\u00e9s col\u2022locant els ingredients per aquest ordre:<\/p>\n<p>a) tomaca barrejada amb els salaons i una mica d\u2019oli i sal<br \/>\nb) ou dur<br \/>\nc) alls tendres<\/p>\n<p>Nota: Organitza\u2019t de manera que tot estiga preparat i que l\u2019\u00faltima cosa que fages siga fregir els alls ja que quan servisques l\u2019amanida els alls han d\u2019estar tebis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bull els ous amb antelaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 done temps que es refreden.
