Com passa amb totes les receptes tradicionals, cadasc\u00fa en t\u00e9 la seva versi\u00f3. Nosaltres, a casa, solem fer-lo de roja (cap-roig), rap i aranya. No es triga molt de temps a fer-lo, per\u00f2 la seva dificultat rau en trobar \u00abbon material\u00bb. B\u00e9, us deixo amb els ingredients i la preparaci\u00f3, a veure si us agrada!<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sofregim dins una olla els grans d&#8217;all aixafats, el pebrot vermell trossejat i la ceba, tamb\u00e9 en bocinets petits. A continuaci\u00f3, hi afegim les patates tallades a quartes, ho ben barregem i hi afegim les mongetes. Tamb\u00e9 les sofregim una miqueta i hi aboquem\u00a0aigua suficient perqu\u00e8 ho tapi. \u00a0Ho deixam bullir uns dotze minuts i, seguidament, hi posam el peix, ja escatat i net, i els blins de safr\u00e0. Aix\u00ed com arrenqui el bull, hi tiram la picada: els alls, el julivert, la nyora i la sal. Tapam l&#8217;olla i ho deixam bullir uns 10 o 12 minuts m\u00e9s.
