Despr\u00e9s, les col\u00b7locarem unes sobre les altres aconseguint dos sandvitx de tres pisos. Els farem dos talls, a fi de que ens quedin vuit porcions. Ja tenim la base feta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el moment de preparar la vinagreta. Per aix\u00f2, pelarem la poma, la tallarem a daus ben petits i la reservarem. Dins un tass\u00f3, o recipient petit, posarem l\u2019oli, la sal, el vinagre, i la mel. (Per aconseguir que es mescli millor, pr\u00e8viament fondrem una mica la mel al microones.) Ho mesclam tot amb energia, i hi incorporam la poma. Si trobau que es molta, no l\u2019hi poseu tota.<\/p>\n<p>Passarem a muntar les nostres mossegades. Si les heu de servir dins una safata, jo les vaig col\u00b7locar sobre regalims de mel. Per aix\u00f2, amb una forqueta banyam les puntes de mel i la deixam caure en forma de fils dins la safata. Col\u00b7locarem tot seguit els pisets de pa de motlle, i a sobre hi posarem un tall de salm\u00f3 fumat una mica revoltillat perqu\u00e8 faci m\u00e9s goig.<\/p>\n<p>Ja per acabar, hi posarem per sobre la vinagreta de poma, i les t\u00e0peres.<\/p>\n<p>Esper que us agradi.
