Cada forn \u00e9s un m\u00f3n, aix\u00ed que no us heu de guiar pel temps. Simplement, heu de punxar el moniato amb un escuradents mateix i, quan estigui tovet, \u00e9s que est\u00e0 ben cuit!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentrestant, en una paella, aboquem la mantega i la deixem fondre a foc lent. Tallem la ceba en juliana i l&#8217;afegim a la paella deixant que cogui lentament. No volem que es faci immediatament, sin\u00f3 que quedi melosa. La deixem a la paella uns 10-15 minuts i, a continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim el sucre, la sal i el pebre. Ho deixem uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emplatar \u00e9s f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pid i queda molt vist\u00f3s. Simplement partim els moniatos en dues meitats (de llarg) i en servim una a cada plat. Li fem un tall que vagi de dalt a baix i l&#8217;obrim una mica amb un ganivet. Per sobre, hi aboquem la ceba i, per finalitzar, hi ratllem un bon parmes\u00e0 per sobre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bon
