{"id":73876,"date":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","date_gmt":"2012-03-14T09:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/recepta-coca-de-pastanaga-i-confitura-de-maduixa"},"modified":"2022-04-09T12:25:24","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T10:25:24","slug":"recepta-coca-de-pastanaga-i-confitura-de-maduixa","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/recepta\/recepta-coca-de-pastanaga-i-confitura-de-maduixa","title":{"rendered":"Coca de pastanaga i confitura de maduixa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 pastanagues capolades.<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tassons de farina sense gluten (Mix Dolci de Sch\u00e4r)<br \/>\n-2 tassons de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tass\u00f3 d&#8217;oli<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 ous<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 sobre de llevadura en pols sense gluten<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 barra de pasta de sucre o fondant<br \/>\n&#8211; Sucre glac\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; Confitura de maduixa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Encalentim el forn a 170\u00baC a dalt i a baix. Posam dins un bol la farina, el sucre, l&#8217;oli i els ous, ho batem tot plegat. Quan tot estigui ben homogeni, hi afegim la pastanaga i la llevadura.<br \/>\nDespr\u00e9s engreixam el motlle i l&#8217;enfarinam perqu\u00e8 la coca no hi quedi aferrada i ho enfornam a la mateixa temperatura per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s la part de baix, devers 50 minuts, per assegurar-nos que \u00e9s cuita: ho picam amb un escuradents, si surt net, ho \u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada fora del forn podem decorar-la com ens vengui de gust.<\/p>\n<p>Xapam la coca per la meitat, com si fos un entrep\u00e0, i hi posam la confitura de maduixa per dins. Una vegada tancat, en posam un poc m\u00e9s per demanunt perqu\u00e8 la pasta de sucre s&#8217;aferri.<\/p>\n<p>Jo he utilitzat pasta de sucre o fondant blanca sense gluten, i l&#8217;he tenyida amb colorants alimentaris aptes per a cel\u00edacs per fer els petits detalls.<\/p>\n<p>Per estirar la pasta de sucre haurem de menester un aprimador i sucre galc\u00e9. Quan s&#8217;ha aconseguit una capa ben fina es col\u00b7loca damunt la coca i amb les mans ajudam a agafar la forma de la coca. Despr\u00e9s tallam la pasta que sobre (la podem guardar per altres ocasions o fer bobons per als petits de la casa).<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es pot decorar amb xocolata de cobertura quan encara \u00e9s un poc calenta.
